 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT, THE
 APPLICATION FOR AN INDUSTRIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (IPD)
 SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION. THIS IS
 TENTATIVELY SCHEDULED FOR PRESENTATION TO THE
 COMMISSION ON 1/4/2015 AND 1/19/2015.
  
 2. A CURRENT/ACCURATE SURVEY SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 3. A SITE PLAN SHALL BE PROVIDED THAT INCLUDES THE
 FOLLOWING:
  
  A. VICINITY MAP SHOWING THE PROPERTY IN RELATION TO
 THE SURROUNDING AREA.
  
  B. SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM ALL SIDES OF THE BUILDING
 TO ADJACENT PROPERTY LINES.
  
  C. LOCATION AND DIMENSIONS OF ALL PERIMETER TREATMENT
 (SIDEWALKS, FENCES, WALLS, OR BERMS).
  
  D. LOCATION AND SCREENING OF ALL GARBAGE RECEPTACLES.
  
  E. STANDARD CITY DETAILS OF PARKING (SMALL CAR,
 HANDICAP SPACE, STANDARD SPACE), HANDICAP RAMPS,
 DRIVEWAYS, DUMPSTERS AND SIGNS.
  
  F. DIMENSIONS OF ALL PARKING ROW, DRIVE AISLES,
 LANDSCAPE BUFFERS, WALKWAYS, ETC.
  
  G. SUPPLY A DATA TABLE IN THE FOLLOWING FORMAT:
  
  I. EXISTING/PROPOSED LAND USE AND ZONING.
  II. TOTAL ACRES OF THE PROJECT.
  III. TOTAL GROSS BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE.
  IV. PERCENT OF OPEN SPACE, LANDSCAPING, BUILDING
 COVERAGE & IMPERMEABLE SURFACE.
  V. ACRES AND PERCENT OF WATER BODIES.
  VI. DENSITY AND NUMBER OF DWELLING UNITS
 (RESIDENTIAL).
  VII. PARKING COMPUTATIONS (PARKING REQUIRED,
 PROVIDED, ETC.)
  VIII. FLOOR AREA RATIO (FAR).
  
 4. LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL BE SUBMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE
 LANDSCAPE PERMIT APPLICATION, AND SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED
 BY A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE (MATERIAL + LABOR).
  
 5. DETAILS SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR BIKE RACKS AND THEIR
 LOCATION SHALL BE IDENTIFIED ON THE SITE PLAN.
  
 6. PHOTOMETRIC PLAN SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR ALL OUTDOOR
 ILLUMINATION.
  
 7. AN APPLICATION FOR A UNITY OF TITLE SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE CITY?S PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT ?
 ENGINEERING DIVISION, AND SUCH UNITY OF TITLE SHALL BE
 RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY,
 FOR ALL REAL PROPERTY CONTAINED WITHIN THE IPD. A
 CERTIFIED COPY OF THE RECORDED UNITY OF TITLE SHALL BE
 PROVIDED TO THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT -
 PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 WHILE THEY DO NOT AFFECT THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING
 PERMIT, PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING:
  
 1. ALL GATES THAT ARE TO BE LOCKED AT ANY TIME SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WITH A KNOX PADLOCK FOR 24-HOUR EMERGENCY
 ACCESS.
  
 2. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT - PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 3. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT,
 LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT INFRASTRUCTURE
 AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN. THIS INCLUDES WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE,
 SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY FIELD STRUCTURES THAT
 COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 4. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
 FOR THE NEW WAREHOUSE BUILDING, THE APPLICANT SHALL:
  
  A. PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ANY NEW GROUND MOUNTED
 EQUIPMENT AND UTILITIES.
  
  B. REMOVE ALL INVASIVE EXOTIC PLANTS FROM THE ENTIRE
 SITE.
