 LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL BE SUBMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE
 LANDSCAPE PERMIT APPLICATION, AND SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED
 BY A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE (MATERIAL + LABOR).
  
 PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT,
 LOCATIONS OF ROOT BARRIERS TO PROTECT INFRASTRUCTURE
 AND TREES FROM CONFLICTS SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN. THIS INCLUDES WATER, SEWER, DRAINAGE,
 SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, AND ANY FIELD STRUCTURES THAT
 COULD BE IMPACTED BY TREE ROOTS.
  
 PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON THE
 PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED,
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT - PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR
 THE NEW WAREHOUSE BUILDING, THE APPLICANT SHALL:
  
 A. PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ANY NEW GROUND MOUNTED
 EQUIPMENT AND UTILITIES.
 B. REMOVE ALL INVASIVE EXOTIC PLANTS FROM THE ENTIRE
 SITE.
 C. THE SITE PLAN SHALL BE REVISED TO ACCURATELY REFLECT
 THE CONDITIONS NORTH OF THE DUMPSTER, THE PROPOSED
 PARKING, AND EXPSNSION OF THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND.
  
 ALL GATES THAT ARE TO BE LOCKED AT ANY TIME SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WITH A KNOX PADLOCK FOR 24-HOUR EMERGENCY
 ACCESS.
