 SHOW 60 FEET CLEAR AROUND THE WHOLE BUILDING. THE COVER
 SHEET 001-T1.1 INDICATES UNDER THE HEADING PROJECT CODE
 DATA THAT THE DESIGNER HAS DESIGNED THE PROPOSED
 ADDITION TO CODE SECTION 2014 FBC-B 507 UNLIMITED AREA,
 BUILDING TYPE: IIB, FULLY SPRINKLERED, S-1 STORAGE
 OCCUPANCY NON-SEPERATED. THE DESIGNER HAS NOT DECLARED
 TO WHICH CODE SECTION WITHIN FBC-B 507 A ONE STORY OR A
 2 STORY?
  
 1B) IN THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE LOT THE BUILDING
 ABUTTS ANOTHER BUILDING.2014 FBC-B 507.5 ALLOWS FOR A
 REDUCED OPEN SPACE NOT LESS THAN 40 FEET. THE PALM
 BEACH COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISERS OFFICE LIST THIS SITE
 AS 1306 ALLENDALE RD. AND A OWNER OF ALLENDALE INC. A
 DIFFERENT OWNER THAT JRB WEST PALM BEACH LLC.
 THE BUILDING TYPE WILL NEED TO BE REVIEWED FOR CODE
 COMPLIANCE.
  
 2) THIS STRUCTURE WILL REQUIRE A RESIDENT INSPECTOR.
 2014 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION, 110.3.9 OTHER
 INSPECTIONS SERVICES. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY MAKE,
 OR CAUSE TO BE MADE BY OTHERS, THE INSPECTIONS REQUIRED
 BY SECTION 109. HE/SHE MAY ACCEPT REPORTS OF INSPECTORS
 OF RECOGNIZED INSPECTION SERVICES, PROVIDED THAT AFTER
 INVESTIGATION HE/SHE IS SATISFIED AS TO THEIR
 QUALIFICATIONS AND RELIABILITY. A CERTIFICATE CALLED
 FOR BY ANY PROVISION OF THE TECHNICAL CODES SHALL NOT
 BE BASED ON SUCH REPORTS UNLESS THE SAME ARE IN WRITING
 AND CERTIFIED BY A RESPONSIBLE OFFICER OF SUCH SERVICE.
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY REQUIRE THE OWNER TO EMPLOY
 AN INSPECTION SERVICE IN THE FOLLOWING INSTANCES:
  
 1. FOR BUILDINGS OR ADDITIONS OF TYPE I OR II
 CONSTRUCTION
 2. FOR ALL MAJOR STRUCTURAL ALTERATIONS
 3. WHERE THE CONCRETE DESIGN IS BASED ON COMPRESSIVE

 POUNDS PER SQUARE INCH
 4. FOR PILE DRIVING5. FOR BUILDINGS WITH AREA GREATER
 THAN 20,000 SQUARE FOOT
 7. FOR BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES OF UNUSUAL DESIGN OR
 METHODS OF CONSTRUCTION. TILT WALL & METAL BUILDINGS
 REQUIRING EITHER WELDS OR BOLTED CONNECTIONS.
  
 2A) RESIDENT INSPECTOR FORMS MUST BE SIGNED BY ALL
 PARTIES NOTARIZED AND RETURNED TO THE BUILDING
 DEPARTMENT.
  
 2B) FOR THE RESIDENT INSPECTOR PLEASE PROVIDE A RESUME'
 OF INSPECTION EXPERIENCE ON PREVIOUS PROJECT. THE
 RESUME' MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY ALL CERTIFICATES AS
 SPECIFIED HEREIN. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL OR HIS DESIGNEE
 WILL REVIEW THE RESUME'. AFTER THE RESUME' IS REVIEWED,
 AN INTERVIEW WILL BE SCHEDULED.
  
 2C) THE CONTRACTOR WILL PRODUCE A JOB SUMMARY OR
 HISTORY FOR THIS TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION.
  
 2D) NOTE FOR PAPER PLANS 3 SETS OF DOCUMENTS ARE
 REQUIRED. FOR DIGITAL PLANS, AFTER PERMIT ISSUANCE, THE
 PERMIT LIBRARIAN WILL E-MAIL YOU, THE APPROVED AND
 BATCH STAMPED PLANS SO YOU MAY PRINT YOUR PLANS, TWO
 SETS OF PLANS WILL NEED TO BE PRINTED IN COLOR, (1) FOR
 THE RESIDENT INSPECTOR, THE OTHER FOR THE MEP
 INSPECTORS.
  
 2E) PLEASE CALL THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH?S AUTOMATED
 TELEPHONE INSPECTIONS LINE (561) 805-6700) FOR
 IN-PROGRESS INSPECTIONS FOR AUDITING OF JOBSITE
 INSPECTIONS.
  
 3) SHEET 022-S02 INDICATES THE WALL & ROOF PRESSURES IN
 VASD. WALL PRESSURES SEEM TO BE APPROXIMATELY 4-5 PSF
 LOWER THAN OUR CALCULATED PRESSURES, THE ROOF PRESSURES
 ARE GOOD APPROXIMATELY 0.2 PSF DIFFERENCE IN PRESSURES.
 PLEASE REVIEW THE NEGATIVE WALL PRESSURES WERE TAKEN AT
 THE 34 FEET MEAN ROOF HEIGHT. ASCE 7-10.
  
 4) BUILDING PROVISO: IN THIS SIBMISSION THERE IS A
 LETTER FROM ARCO SPECIALTY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY THAT
 REQUEST THE PRODUCT APPROVALS BE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS,
 TO BE SUBMITTED AFTER PERMIT ISSUANCE.
 2014 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE W 2014 WEST PALM BEACH
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION 107.3.4.2 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE
 PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE
 DEFINED AS THOSE PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT
 SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF THE
 APPLICATION AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD. DEFERRAL
 OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST THE
 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR
 REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 DOCUMENTS FOR DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN
 RESPONSIBLE CHARGE WHO SHALL REVIEW THEM AND FORWARD
 THEM TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITH A NOTATION
 INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE IN GENERAL CONFORMANCE TO
 THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING. THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED UNTIL THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.

 6) SHEET 016-A5.1 ELEVATIONS SEE NOTE 8 FOR SCUPPERS
 AND OVERFLOW. SEE SHEET 014-A2.5 FOR SCUPPER AND
 EMERGENCY OVERFLOW SIZES. PLEASE PROVIDE THE SQUARE FT
 OF ROOFING TO BE DRAINED, THE RAINFALL AMOUNT/ HR FOR
 THE SIZING OF THE SCUPPERS AND EMERGENCY OVERFLOW
 SCUPPERS PER THE 2014 FBC-PLUMBING- CHAPTER 11.
  
 6) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT

 7) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
