 1. INSUFFICIENT INFORMATION SUBMITTED FOR PLAN REVIEW.
 SUBMIT TWO SETS OF PLANS. ONLY ONE SUBMITTED. SHOWING
 THE LOCATIONS AND TYPE OF WORK TO BE COMPLETED. FOR
 EXAMPLE, IS THE KITCHEN AN EXACT CHANGE OUT. IS THERE
 ANY NEW FRAMING AND DRYWALL. SHOW AREAS OF WORK AND
 AREAS NOT INCLUDED. HOW MUCH STUCCO WILL BE COMPLETED.
  
 2. FBC-107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL.
 ELECTRONIC MEDIA DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUBMITTED WHEN
 APPROVED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE
 THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED
 AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHALL
 CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE,
 AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS
 ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH
 INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC, AND THE TECHNICAL CODES
 SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE OR IN PART, NOR SHALL THE
 TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE
 FOR SPECIFIC INFORMATION. ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS,
 SPECIFICATIONS AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE
 NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
 DESIGN. (SEE ALSO SECTION 107.3.5).
  
  
 3. ARE JUST THE WINDOWS BEING REPLACED. ONLY A SINGLE
 HUNG WINDOW NOA WAS SUBMITTED. INCLUDE MULLION AND DOOR
 NOA'S AS NEEDED. PLEASE INLUDE A WINDOW SCHEDULE
 SHOWING SIZES, TYPE AND OPENING WIND DESIGN PRESSURES
 R301.2.
  
 4. PERMIT VALUE APPEARS TOO LOW. FBC 109.3 BUILDING
 PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF
 BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE
 TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL,
 INTERIOR FINISH, RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND
 DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT;
 EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY
 INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL
 CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT,
 MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION SHALL BE SET
 BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
