 PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES IN WRITING.
  
 1) THE PALM BEACH OUTLETS MANAGEMENT APPROVAL STAMP IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 2) PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT, THE
 COMMENTS FOR THE CURRENTLY SUBMITTED MINOR PD AMENDMENT
 SHALL BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED.
  
 3) PROVIDE SIGHT LINE DRAWINGS TO VERIFY THAT THE NEW
 AND RELOCATED ROOFTOP EQUIPMENT MEETS THE PALM BEACH
 OUTLETS SCREENING REQUIREMENTS. THIS INCLUDES THE RTUS,
 THE SATELLITE DISHES, THE OAU, THE EXHAUST FANS, THE
 EQUIPMENT STAND BY REFRIGERATION, ETC. THESE FEATURES
 SHALL BE SHOWN TO THEIR ACCURATE HEIGHT DIMENSIONS ON
 THE SIGHT LINE DRAWING.
  
 4) THE ENCLOSED COOLER ADDITION SHALL APPEAR TO BE PART
 OF THE ORIGINAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION.
  
 A. THERE SHALL BE NO VISIBLE GAP BETWEEN THE EAST
 EXTERIOR WALL OF THE EXISTING BUILDING AND THE ENCLOSED
 COOLER. IT IS UNCLEAR IF THIS IS THE CASE OR WHAT THE
 FINISHED TRANSITION WILL LOOK LIKE (WHAT IS EPDM WALL
 FLASHING).
  
 B. THE ENCLOSED COOLER SHALL MATCH THE EXISTING
 BUILDING ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS.
  
 I. STUCCO SHALL BE APPLIED TO THE WALLS OF THE ENCLOSED
 COOLER.
 II. THE STONEWORK BANDING AT THE BASE OF BUILDING J
 SHALL BE APPLIED TO THE ENCLOSED COOLER.
 III. THE SOUTHEAST AND NORTHEAST CORNERS OF THE
 ENCLOSED COOLER SHALL INCLUDE THE TOWER ELEMENTS USED
 ON THE LOADING DOCK SCREEN WALLS.
 IV. THERE SHALL BE A CORNICE LINE AT THE TOP OF THE
 ENCLOSED COOLER THAT MATCHES THE CORNICE LINE AT THE
 TOP OF THE LOADING DOCK SCREEN WALLS.
  
 5) VINYL AWNINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED BY THE PALM BEACH
 OUTLETS DESIGN GUIDELINES.
  
 6) PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT THE NOMENCLATURE "HSS4X4X5/16 -
 AWNING" MEANS.
  
 7) THE SIGNAGE AND AWNINGS REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT
 WITH PLANS.
  
 8) LANDSCAPE SHALL BE REINSTALLED PRIOR TO THE C.O.
