 STATUTES STATES THAT A LOCAL GOVERNMENT SHALL IMPOSE A
 FEE OF FOUR TIMES THE FEE FOR PLAN REVIEW, IF PLANS ARE
 REJECTED (3) OR MORE TIMES FOR REPEATED FAILURE TO
 CORRECT A CODE VIOLATION.

 EQUIPMENT, APPLIANCES AND SUPPORTS THAT ARE EXPOSED TO
 WIND SHALL BE DESIGNED AND INSTALLED TO RESIST THE WIND
 PRESSURES DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
