 IMPROVEMENTS AT THE INTERSECTION OF BELVEDERE ROAD AND
 AUSTRALIAN AVENUE HAVE BEEN MADE PRIOR TO FIRST
 INSPECTION. A COPY OF THE WRITTEN STATEMENT SHALL BE
 PROVIDED TO THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT
 -PLANNING DIVISION.

 * SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATIONS REQUIRED FOR:
 LANDSCAPING, SITE LIGHTING AND SIGNAGE.
  
 * ALL NEW PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT, NEW CONSTRUCTION,
 RENOVATION OR REMODELING, WHERE THE TOTAL VERTICAL
 CONSTRUCTION OF ALL BUILDINGS ON A PROJECT SITE ARE
 EQUAL OR GREATER THAN $750,000.00 IS SUBJECT TO THE ART
 IN PUBLIC PLACES (AIPP) REQUIREMENTS OUTLINE IN CHAPTER
 78, ARTICLE V, OF THE CITY'S CODE OF ORDINANCES. PLEASE
