 SIDELITE APPEAR TO BE VULT PRESSURES -70.84. 2014 FBC-B

 HAVE IDENTIFICATION AS TO IF THESE REPORTS ARE FLORIDA

 PROVIDE THE COVERSHEETS IDENTIFYING THE SOURCE OF EACH

 DISCREPANCY IN PLANS. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 IS REQUIRED.
  
 6) PLEASE NOTE THE PALM BEACH COUNTY PROPERTY
 APPRAISERS OFFICE INDICATES FOR 2015 THE IMPROVEMENT
 VALUE OF THE BUILDING IS $42,253 DOLLARS IN VALUE.
 CHAPTER 2 DEFINITIONS (C) RENOVATED BUILDING. A
 RESIDENTIAL OR NONRESIDENTIAL BUILDING UNDERGOING
 ALTERATION THAT VARIES OR CHANGES INSULATION, HVAC
 SYSTEMS, WATER HEATING SYSTEMS, OR EXTERIOR ENVELOPE
 CONDITIONS, PROVIDED THE ESTIMATED COST OF RENOVATION
 EXCEEDS 30 PERCENT OF THE ASSESSED VALUE OF THE
 STRUCTURE.
  
  
 2014 FBC-ENERGY CODE C101.5 COMPLIANCE. COMMERCIAL
 BUILDINGS SHALL MEET THE COMMERCIAL PROVISIONS.
  
 C101.5.1 COMPLIANCE MATERIALS. THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 COMMISSION SHALL APPROVE SPECIFIC COMPUTER SOFTWARE.
 THE CODE OFFICIAL SHALL BE PERMITTED TO APPROVE
 WORKSHEETS, COMPLIANCE MANUALS AND OTHER SIMILAR
 MATERIALS THAT MEET THE INTENT OF THIS CODE.
  
 C101.5.1.1 ALTERATIONS, RENOVATIONS AND BUILDING
 SYSTEMS. ALTERATIONS, RENOVATIONS AND BUILDING SYSTEMS
 MAY UTILIZE FORM C402. FORM C402 CAN BE FOUND IN
 APPENDIX C.
  
  
 C401.2 APPLICATION. COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS SHALL COMPLY
 WITH ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
 C401.2.1 APPLICATION TO EXISTING BUILDINGS.
 ADDITIONS, ALTERATIONS AND REPAIRS TO EXISTING
 BUILDINGS SHALL COMPLY WITH ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
 1. SECTIONS C402, C403, C404 AND C405; OR
 2. ANSI/ASHRAE/IESNA 90.1.
  
 7) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
