 1) PRIOR TO THE FIRST INSPECTION, A PERMIT TO RESTRIPE
 THE PARKING LOT SHALL BE SUBMITTED. THE PERMIT PLAN SET
 SHALL INCLUDE THE ADA PARKING SPACES, THE ACCESSIBLE
 WALKWAY ALONG THE DOORS ACCESSING THE PARKING LOT, THE
 DUMPSTER LOCATION AND LANDSCAPE AREAS AS APPROVED BY
 PLANNING STAFF. THE CURBING AND STRIPING SHOWN ON THE
 ISSUED PARKING LOT PERMIT SHALL BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO
 THE FINAL (104) INSPECTION/CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION OF
 THE VANILLA BOX PERMIT OR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR
 THE SPACE, WHICHEVER FIRST OCCURS.
  
 2) IN ORDER TO MITIGATE THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPING ALONG
 DIXIE HIGHWAY THAT WAS REMOVED AS PART OF PERMIT
 11050756 AND NOT REPLACED AS PART OF EXPIRED PERMIT
 11100171, A LANDSCAPE PERMIT, WITH A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 APPROVED BY PLANNING STAFF, SHALL BE SUBMITTED AND BE
 ISSUED PRIOR TO THE FINAL (104) INSPECTION/CERTIFICATE
 OF COMPLETION OF THE VANILLA BOX PERMIT. THE LANDSCAPE
 WORK SHALL BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO A CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY FOR THE BUILIDNG.
