 ACCORDANCE WITH 2014 ENERGY CODE SECTION C101.4.3. SEE

 6) COMPLIED. SHEET A2.1 DOES NOT INDICATE THE TYPE OF
 ROOF DECK NOR FRAMING. THIS STRUCTURE HAS WOOD 2X'S AND
 WOOD DECK. THE NEW TENANT SEPARATION WALL WILL NEED TO
 GO ALL THE WAY TO THE ROOF DECK. PLEASE PROVIDE A
 DETAIL OF HOW THE FIRE RATING WILL BE MAINTAINED TO THE
 ROOF DECK. THIS WILL BE DISSIMILAR MATERIALS, WILL ALSO
 NEED TO BE A FLEXIBLE CONNECTION BECAUSE OF THE HEATING
 AND COOLING OF THE ROOF DECK. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE
 WITH 2014 FBC-B 708.8 JOINTS MADE IN OR BETWEEN FIRE
 BARRIERS SHALL COMPLY WITH 715.
  
 7) NEW COMMENT, THIS IS AN UNUSAL BUILDING SINCE NONE
 OF THE TENANT SPACES HAVE DOORWAYS THAT EXIT ONTO A
 PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY. PLEASE PROVIDE A SITE PLAN SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH:
 2014 FBC-B 1027.5 ACCESS TO A PUBLIC WAY. THE EXIT
 DISCHARGE SHALL PROVIDE A DIRECT AND UNOBSTRUCTED
 ACCESS TO A PUBLIC WAY.
 2014 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE 206.2.4 SPACES AND
 ELEMENTS. AT LEAST ONE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE SHALL CONNECT
 ACCESSIBLE BUILDING OR FACILITY ENTRANCES WITH ALL
 ACCESSIBLE SPACES AND ELEMENTS WITHIN THE BUILDING OR
 FACILITY WHICH ARE OTHERWISE CONNECTED BY A CIRCULATION
