 1) PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT, A STRIPING
 PLAN FOR THE PARKING LOT SHALL BE SUBMITTED. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT IF THE ULTIMATE BUILD-OUT OF THE SPACE WILL
 TRIGGER 50% OF THE BUILDING VALUE WITHIN A ONE-YEAR
 PERIOD, THE PARKING AREA SHALL BE BROUGHT INTO
 CONFORMITY WITH THE LANDSCAPE CODE. ADDITIONALLY, AT
 LEAST ONE TREE HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE PARKING LOT
 WITHOUT THE APPROVAL OF A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT AND
 THUS SHALL BE REPLACED. THE STRIPING PERMIT SHALL BE
 COMPLETED PRIOR TO A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR THE
 SPACE.
  
 2) THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPING ALONG DIXIE HIGHWAY THAT
 WAS REMOVED AS PART OF PERMIT 11050756 AND NOT REPLACED
 AS PART OF EXPIRED PERMIT 11100171 SHALL BE REPLACED AS
 PART OF THIS PERMIT (AND SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE PERMIT)
 OR AS A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT THAT IS SUBMITTED
 PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT. THE LANDSCAPE
 WORK SHALL BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO A CERTIFICATE OF
 COMPLETION FOR THIS PERMIT.
