 1. PERMIT APPLICATION DESCRIPTION OF WORK SHOWS REPLACE
 WINDOW. THE FLOOR PLAN SUBMITTED SHOWS 13 WINDOWS. WILL
 THE DOORS BE REPLACE TOO. IF SO PROVIDE TWO SETS OF
 NOA'S FOR DOORS.
  
 2. INCLUDE A WINDOW SCHEDULE FOR ALL OF THE WINDOWS AND
 DOORS INSTALLED. ONE CAN BE FOUND ON OUR WEBSITE OR AT
 THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
  
 3. PERMIT VALUATION IS LOW. INCLUDE ALL MATERIALS,
 LABOR AND OVERHEAD. FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF
 BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE
 TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL,
 INTERIOR FINISH, RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND
 DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT;
 EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY
 INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL
 CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT,
 MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION SHALL BE SET
 BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
