 BUILDINGS ON TWO SEPARATE LOTS AND DIFFERENT PROPERTY
 CONTROL NUMBERS.
 THE SURVEY INDICATES BY WAY OF A BUBBLE THE BUILDING
 LOCATED ON LOT 1480 ADDRESSED 428 AVON RD.
  
 2) 2ND REQUEST. THIS PERMIT IS BEING PULLED UNDER A CFC
 LICENSE, THE SCOPE OF WORK IS BEYOND WHAT A PLUMBING
 CONTRACTOR CAN DO, F. S. 489.105(M). A BUILDING,
 ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR WILL NEED TO SIGN
 ONTO THIS PROJECT BEFORE IT CAN BE ISSUED.

 ALTERATIONS, RENOVATIONS AND BUILDING SYSTEMS MAY

 4) COMPLIED. SHEET A0.4 INDICATES THE NEW RESTROOM DOOR
 TO BE A 2'-8" DOOR. PLEASE REVIEW 2014 FBC-ACCESSIBLITY
 CODE 404.2.3 404.2.3 CLEAR WIDTH. DOOR OPENINGS SHALL
 PROVIDE A CLEAR WIDTH OF 32 INCHES (815 MM) MINIMUM.
 CLEAR OPENINGS OF DOORWAYS WITH SWINGING DOORS SHALL BE
 MEASURED BETWEEN THE FACE OF THE DOOR AND THE STOP,
 WITH THE DOOR OPEN 90 DEGREES. OPENINGS MORE THAN 24
 INCHES (610 MM) DEEP SHALL PROVIDE A CLEAR OPENING OF
 36 INCHES (915 MM) MINIMUM. THERE SHALL BE NO
 PROJECTIONS INTO THE REQUIRED CLEAR OPENING WIDTH LOWER
 THAN 34 INCHES (865 MM) ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR
 GROUND.
  
 5) 2ND REQUEST. CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY BUSINESS TO
 MERCANTILE. BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE
 ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY.
 THE ACTUAL PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT
 OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE

 60 INCH RAMP WITH 2 STEEL BOLLARDS. NOTE FOR RAMPS A
 TOP LANDING AND BOTTOM LANDING ARE REQUIRED. 2014
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE 405.7 LANDINGS. RAMPS SHALL HAVE
 LANDINGS AT THE TOP AND THE BOTTOM OF EACH RAMP RUN.
 LANDINGS SHALL COMPLY WITH 405.7. E.01 SHOWS THIS IS
 ONE OF THE 2 REQUIRED EXITS.
  
 6B) NEW COMMENT. SINCE 2 ACCESSIBLE MEANS OF EGRESS ARE
 REQUIRED PLEASE PROVIDE WHICH OF THE OTHER EXITS
 COMPLIES WITH 2014 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE 207.1 &
 SECTION 1007.1 OF THE 2003 IBC WHERE MORE THAN ONE
 MEANS OF EGRESS IS REQUIRED BY SECTION 1014.1 OR 1018.1
 FROM ANY ACCESSIBLE SPACE, EACH ACCESSIBLE PORTION OF
 THE SPACE SHALL BE SERVED BY NOT LESS THAN TWO
 ACCESSIBLE MEANS OF EGRESS.
  
 7) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
