 REPORT. NO SUCH REPORT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE
 BUILDING DEPARTMENT FOR THE RECORD RETENSION PROTION OF
 THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT.
  
 2) NOTE 4 INDICATES THE DIMOLITION OF THE PORT-COCHERE
 CANOPY. THERE IS NO MENTION OF THIS WORK ON THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION. PLEASE PROVIDE A NARRATIVE AS TO WHAT WORK
 WILL BE INCLUDED UNDER THIS PERMIT. THE VALUE OF
 $10,000.00 IS LOW FOR THE AMOUNT OF WORK WHICH IS
 INCLUSIVE WITHIN THE PLANS. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 3) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
