 PROVIDE RESPONSES IN WRITING.
  
 1) THE FIRST FLOOR PLANS DO NOT MATCH THE PLANS
 APPROVED AS PART OF RESOLUTION NO. 206-15 OR THE MINOR
 PD AMENDMENT SUBMITTAL ? WEST SIDE DOOR OPENINGS.
  
 2) IF SHEET A-120 IS REVISED, PLEASE CLEARLY INDICATE
 THAT THE LEVEL 1 BATHROOM DOORS WILL LOCK FROM THE
 INSIDE.
  
 3) THE AMOUNT OF GLAZING VISIBLE AT THE DOORWAY/TRANSOM
 WINDOWS AND THE METAL AWNINGS COVERING THE
 DOORWAY/TRANSOM WINDOWS HAS CHANGED FROM WHAT WAS
 ORIGINALLY APPROVED BY RESOLUTION NO. 206-15. THE
 BUILDING PERMIT (ALSO THE MINOR AMENDMENT PLANS) SHOWS
 LESS GLAZING THAN WAS APPROVED (SEE CLOUDS ON PERMIT
 SET FOR EXAMPLES). SOME OF THE GLAZING IS COVERED BY
 LARGER OR RELOCATED METAL AWNINGS, WHILE OTHER GLAZING
 HAS BEEN REMOVED AND REPLACED BY SOLID WALL. STAFF WILL
 NOT APPROVE THE REDUCTION OR COVERING OF ADDITIONAL
 GLAZING SINCE PROVIDING MAXIMUM GLAZING WAS AN INTEGRAL
 PART OF THE CITY'S SUPPORT AND APPROVAL OF THE PROJECT.
 THIS COMMENT APPLIES TO THE WEST, EAST, NORTH AND SOUTH
 ELEVATIONS. SHEETS A201, 201A, 202, 202A
  
 4) THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SUBMITTED AS PART OF THE PERMIT
 DOES NOT MATCH THE LANDSCAPE PLAN APPROVED AS PART OF
 RESOLUTION NO. 206-15. NO REVISED LANDSCAPE PLAN WAS
 SUBMITTED AS PART OF THE CURRENT MINOR PD AMENDMENT
 UNDER REVIEW.
  
 5) THE REVISED LANDSCAPE LAYOUT OF THE ROOF PLAN
 REQUIRES REVISED PLANS AS PART OF THE SUBMITTED MINOR
 PD AMENDMENT.
  
 6) THE LANDSCAPE DETAILS SHEET DOES NOT PROVIDE
 INFORMATION ON THE ROOFTOP PLANTINGS.
  
 7) SEPARATE PERMITS WITH PLANS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE
 FOLLOWING ITEMS THAT ARE EXTERIOR TO THE BUILDING:

 B. PARKING LOT, INCLUDING STRIPING
 C. LANDSCAPE PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LANDSCAPE WITHIN THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY REQUIRES FDOT PERMITS.

 E. SITE LIGHTING - PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LIGHTING WITHIN
 THE RIGHT-OF-WAY REQUIRES FDOT PERMITS.
 F. HARDSCAPE (ABOVE GROUND SITE WORK)
 G. BICYCLE RACKS
 H. WALLS, GATES AND THEIR COLUMNS
 I. SIGNS
 J. DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE - PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PERMIT SET
 OF PLANS NO LONGER SHOW A GATE FOR THE TRANSFORMER,
 THUS THE DUMPSTER IS NO LONGER FULLY SCREENED AS
 REQUIRED BY CODE.
 K. IRRIGATION - PLEASE NOTE THAT THE IRRIGATION WITHIN
 THE RIGHT-OF-WAY REQUIRES FDOT PERMITS.
  
 8) PLEASE REMEMBER THAT IN ACCORDANCE WITH RESOLUTION
 NO. 206-15, PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE C.O., THE
 FOLLOWING SHALL OCCUR:
  
 A. RECORD A PUBLIC ACCESS EASEMENT FOR ANY PUBLIC
 SIDEWALKS OR UTILITIES ON THE SITE. THE EASEMENT
 LANGUAGE SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY'S
 OFFICE.
 B. ABANDON THE UNUSED FPL EASEMENT ON THE NORTH
 PROPERTY LINE.
 C. CONSTRUCT THE PEDESTRIAN CROSSING OF WESTBOUND
 OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD FROM THE CITYPLACE OFFICE PARCEL
 TO THE RESTORATION HARDWARE PARCEL IN ACCORDANCE WITH A
 FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION RIGHT-OF-WAY
 PERMIT APPROVAL AND TIE IT INTO THE SIDEWALK NETWORK ON
 THE EAST SIDE OF THE RESTORATION HARDWARE SITE. A COPY
 OF THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
 RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT SHALL BE PROVIDED TO THE PLANNING
 DIVISION.
 D. CONSTRUCT THE MODIFICATIONS TO THE PEDESTRIAN
 CROSSING OF OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD AT ROSEMARY AVENUE
 (EAST SIDE) TO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH PLANS APPROVED BY
 THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND THE CITY.
 A COPY OF THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
 RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT SHALL BE PROVIDED TO THE PLANNING
