 1. PLAN STATES THAT NON IMPACT WINDOWS WERE INSTALLED
 (AND OUR RECORDS INDICATE THAT THE WINDOWS ARE NON
 IMPACT), AND PLAN ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IMPACT PROTECTION
 IS REQUIRED. HOWEVER, IMPACT WINDOW PRODUCT APPROVALS
 WERE SUBMITTED. THIS DOES NOT APPEAR CONSISTENT WITH
 THE WORK DONE. DO YOU PROPOSE TO REMOVE THE NON IMPACT
 WINDOWS AND INSTALL IMPACT?
  
 IF WINDOWS ARE NON IMPACT AND ARE TO REMAIN, PROVIDE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS, FAC9N-3. ALSO PROVIDE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR THE SHUTTERS REFERRED TO ON THE PLAN.
  
 2. FOR THE SHUTTERS, COMPLETE THE SAMPLE INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE OR PROVIDE ALL INFORMATION TO SHOW CODE
 COMPLIANCE IN ANOTHER FORMAT, FBC*106, FBC R301,
 FBC1609. TWO SETS REQUIRED. THIS FORM IS AVAILABLE IN
 THE LOBBY OR ON THE INTERNET AT

 3. IT IS NOT CLEAR WHAT AFFECT, IF ANY, ENCLOSING THE
 PORCH HAS ON EMERGENCY EGRESS FOR SLEEPING ROOMS.
 REVISE THE PLAN TO SHOW ROOM DESIGNATION(S) FOR THE
 ROOM(S) ADJACENT TO THE FRONT PORCH, FBC R310.
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION MAY BE REQUIRED.
  
 4. PLAN SHOWS TWO COLUMNS AN NO WALL WHERE THE FORMER
 EXTERIOR WALL WAS LOCATED. REVISE PLAN TO CLARIFY; IS
 THE WALL IN PLACE OR HAS IT BEEN REMOVED? FBC 107
  
 5. PLAN IS NOT CLEAR. A NOTE STATES THAT STRAPS ARE NOT
 REQUIRED AS THE WALL IS INFILL ONLY, BUT THE DETAIL
 SHOWS STRAPS. CORRELATE AND PROVIDE CALCULATIONS TO
 SHOW THAT THE INFILL WALL WILL RESIST WIND LOADS, FBC
 5TH ED. 301. IF STRAPS ARE NOT UTILIZED, DETAIL SHOULD
 SHOW WHAT IS TO HOLD THE WALL IN PLACE TO RESIST
 POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE WIND PRESSURES. DETAIL SHOWS
 STRAPS, LANGUAGE STATES THEY ARE NOT TO BE INSTALLED,
 PROPOSED DESIGN NOT CLEAR.
  
 6. PLAN IS NOT CLEAR; GROUND FLOOR PLAN GRAPHICALLY
 SHOWS SUPPORTS LARGER THAN THE WALL, AND IT APPEARS
 THAT THE SUPPORTS MAY BE NEW, REVISE PLAN TO CLARIFY,
 FBC 107.
  
 7. A NEW DOOR WAS INSTALLED WITHOUT PERMIT, SEE
 PREVIOUS LIST, REVISE PLAN TO INCLUDE ALL WORK DONE AS
 WELL AS ALL WORK REQUIRED TO BRING INTO COMPLIANCE.
 PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE DOOR,
 FAC9N-3, FBC 107, FBC 5TH. ED RESIDENTIAL 301.
  
 8. PLAN STATES THAT SCOPE IS REMOVAL OF PLEXIGLASS
 WINDOWS, INSTALLATION OF NEW WINDOWS. THE PORCH WAS
 REBUILT, ELECTRICAL ADDED. REVISE PLAN TO BE CONSISTENT
 WITH WORK DONE WITHOUT PERMIT.
  
 9. VALUE IS TO INCLUDE ALL WORK DONE WITHOUT PERMIT,
 FBC 109. PROVIDE A COST BREAKDOWN OF WORK TO BE
