 SCOPE IS STATED AS WINDOW REPLACEMENT. OUR RECORDS SHOW
 THAT THIS WAS AN UNENCLOSED PORCH WITH SOME SIDING,
 FOUR SCREEN OPENINGS AND A DOOR. THIS WAS ENTIRELY
 RE-FRAMED, OPENINGS RE-CONFIGURED, NEW DOOR AND
 WINDOWS, STUCCO, ELECTRICAL, HANDRAIL REMOVED.
  
 PROVIDE PLANS WHICH ADDRESS THE REFRAMING AND
 CONVERSION OF AN OPEN PORCH TO A HABITABLE ROOM. PLANS
 PROVIDED STATE THAT SCOPE IS TO "REMOVE EXISTING
 PLEXIGLASS WINDOW COVERINGS & INSTALL NEW WINDOWS." IT
 ALSO DEPICTS THIS AREA AS A "COVERED PORCH" BUT IT
 APPEARS THAT THIS IS NOW HABITABLE SPACE.
