 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 ACTION: BUILDING APPROVED WITH EXCEPTION!
 THIS PLAN HAS BEEN APPROVED PROVISIONALLY. FAILURE TO
 CORRECT THE LISTED DEFICIENCIES IN THIS PLAN PRIOR TO
 INSPECTION WILL RESULT IN FAILED INSPECTION(S) AND THE
 ASSESSMENT OF RE-INSPECTION FEE(S). REVISIONS REQUIRE
 ADDITIONAL REVIEWS WITH ASSOCIATED FEES.
  
  
 1) SHEET 0243 THE FRONT ENTRY DOORS INDICATE THEY ARE
 SWING ENTRY DOORS WITH WHAT APPEARS TO BE SIDE LIGHTS.
 NR WINDOWS HAS A REVISION IN FOR DOOR OPENING 100A TO
 CREATE ELECTRIC HORIZONTAL SLIDDING DOORS. REVISION #
 14 DOES NOT DEPICT THIS CHANGE. PLEASE NOTE ON THIS
 SHEET AND THE DOOR SCHEDULE THESE DOORS BEING PART OF
 THE MEANS OF EGRESS WILL NEED TO COMPLY WITH 2010 FBC-B
 1008.1.10 DOORS SERVING ROOMS OR SPACES WITH AN
 OCCUPANT LOAD OF 50 OR MORE IN A GROUP A OCCUPANCY
 SHALL NOT BE PROVIDED WITH A LOCK OR LATCH UNLESS IT IS
 PANIC HARDWARE OR FIRE EXIT HARDWARE.
  
 THE EXEPTION # 1 DOES NOT WORK SINCE 1008.1.9.3(2) IS
 FOR GROUP A OCCUPANCIES WITH OCCUPANT LOADS OF 300 OR
 LESS FOR THE BUILDING.
  
  
 2) SHEET 0238-A3.13 STAIR TOWER # 2 THE WALL IS MISSING
 THAT SEPARATES THE STAIRWELL FROM THE ADJACENT
 MECHANICAL ROOM. STAIRWELL # 2 IS NOT ONLY A VERTICAL
 EXIT BUT THE STAIRWELL THAT IS ADJACENT TO THE FIRE
 SERVICE ACCESS ELEVATOR. THIS WILL BE THE STAIRWELL THE
 FIRE FIGHTERS WILL BE USING TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE ROOF
 TOP. 2010 FBC-B 403.6.1.
  
 THE 2010 FBC-B 1022.3 OPENINGS AND PENETRATIONS. THE
 ONLY ALLOWABLE OPENINGS ARE PERMITTED IN
 FIRE-RESISTANCE RATED EXIT STAIRWAY ENCLOSURESS ARE
 DOORS THAT LEAD FROM NORMALLY OCCUPIED SPACES INTO THE
 ENCLOSURE AND DOORS LEADING OUT OF THE ENCLOSURE TO THE
 OUTSIDE.
  
 THE MECHANICAL PLANS LABELED 1022-T4-19 LABEL THE
 ADJOINING ROOM, MECHANICAL ROOM 1502. PLEASE NOTE TO
 GAIN ACCESS TO THIS ROOM IT WILL NEED TO BE FROM THE
 EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING, NOT THROUGH THE VERTICAL
 EXIT. THE VERTICAL EXIT CAN NOT BE USED FOR STORAGE
 AREAS OR IN THE FUTURE THE INSTALATION OF CELLUAR PHONE
 EQUIPMENT. THIS BEING A HIGH RISE BUILDING WILL
 PROBABLY END UP WITH CELLUAR PHONE TOWERS AND EQUIPMENT
 ROOMS.
