 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE 1ST FLOOR LIFE SAFETY SHEET SUBMITTED FOR
 REFERENCE ONLY INDICATES THE 1ST FLOOR IS A I-2
 OCCUPANCY WITH 120 SLEEPING COMPARTMENTS. SHEET S0.1
 THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA LIST THE WIND AT 169 VULT,
 BUILDING RISK CATEGORY AS II AND EXPOSURE AS B.
 PLEASE SEE THE 2014 FBC-B TABLE 1604.5. I-2 OCCUPANCIES
 WITH AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 120 SLEEPING COMPARTMENTS.
 THIS CLASSIFIES THE BUILDING RISK CATEGORY AS A III,
 WITH 180 MPH WIND VULT, AND THE EXPOSURE IS A C
 EXPOSURE OPEN AREAS TO THE WEST 150 FEET WIDE AND 600
 FEET LONG FBC-B 1609.4.3. PLEASE UPDATE WIND DESIGN
 CRITERIA AND ASSOCIATED PRESURES.
  
 2014 FBC-B 1603.1.4 WIND DESIGN DATA.
 THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL
 BE SHOWN, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE
 DESIGN OF THE LATERAL FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM OF THE
 STRUCTURE:
  
 1.1. ULTIMATE DESIGN WIND SPEED, VULT, (3-SECOND GUST),
 MILES PER HOUR (KM/HR) AND NOMINAL DESIGN WIND SPEED,
 VASD, AS DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
 1609.3.1.
  
 1.2. RISK CATEGORY.
  
 1.3. WIND EXPOSURE. APPLICABLE WIND DIRECTION IF MORE
 THAN ONE WIND EXPOSURE IS UTILIZED.
  
 1.4. APPLICABLE INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICIENT.
  
 1.5. DESIGN WIND PRESSURES TO BE USED FOR EXTERIOR
 COMPONENT AND CLADDING MATERIALS NOT SPECIFICALLY
 DESIGNED BY THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN OF THE STRUCTURE, PSF (KN/
 M2).
  
 TABLE 1609.7(2) ADJUSTMENT FACTORS FOR HEIGHT &
 EXPOSURE. PROVIDE THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT FOR THE
 BUILDING.
  
 2) THE WINDOW PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED NOA
 14-0203.01. 2014 FBC 107.3.4.1 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE
 PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9N-03
 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR
 JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL. FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE
 ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING
 ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS, SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
  
 3) SHEET D1 NOTE # 11 INDICATES THE REMOVAL OF EXISITNG
 RELIEF VENT AND RELOCATING IN A NEW POSITION. M1.3
 INDICATES THE REMOVAL AND NEW LOCATION TO THE 2ND
 FLOOR. SHEET M2.1 NOTR # 8 INDICATES THERE TO BE A FIRE
 DAMPER ACCESS DOOR ON THE ADJACENT WALL OF THE
 CORRIDOR. THE DUCT THAT COMES UP FROM THE FIRST FLOOR
 IS WITHIN A CHASED WALL OF THE BREAKROOM THAT BACKS UP
 TO THE COMMON COORIDOR.
 THE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS DO NOT INDICATE THAT ANY OF
 THESE WALLS ARE GOING TO REQUIRE A FIRE DAMPER ACCESS
 DOOR.
  
 2014 FBC-B 717.4 ACCESS AND IDENTIFICATION. FIRE AND
 SMOKE DAMPERS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH AN APPROVED MEANS
 OF ACCESS, WHICH IS LARGE ENOUGH TO PERMIT INSPECTION
 AND MAINTENANCE OF THE DAMPER AND ITS OPERATING PARTS.
 THE ACCESS SHALL NOT AFFECT THE INTEGRITY OF
 FIRE-RESISTANCE-RATED ASSEMBLIES. THE ACCESS OPENINGS
 SHALL NOT REDUCE THE FIRE-RESISTANCE RATING OF THE
 ASSEMBLY. ACCESS POINTS SHALL BE PERMANENTLY IDENTIFIED
 ON THE EXTERIOR BY A LABEL HAVING LETTERS NOT LESS THAN
 1/2 INCH (12.7 MM) IN HEIGHT READING: FIRE/SMOKE
 DAMPER, SMOKE DAMPER OR FIRE DAMPER. ACCESS DOORS IN
 DUCTS SHALL BE TIGHT FITTING AND SUITABLE FOR THE
 REQUIRED DUCT CONSTRUCTION.
  
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
