 SUBMITTED, NOT REVIEWED BY THE DESIGNER OF

 NOT REVIEWED BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.
 (C) PANEL WALLS: STOREFRONTS, WALL LOUVERS,
 (D) ROOFING PRODUCTS AND ASSEMBLIES ( CURBS FOR INTAKE
 AND EXHAUST FANS). NO PRODUCT APPROVALS
 WERE SUBMITTED FOR THE ROOFING REPAIRS, CURBS NOR ROOF
 TOP FAN OR OTHER EQUIPMENT.
  
 1B) SUBMIT (2) OF ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS. 107.1 GENERAL.
 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS CONSISTING OF CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS, STATEMENT OF SPECIAL INSPECTIONS,
 GEOTECHNICAL REPORT AND OTHER DATA SHALL BE SUBMITTED
 IN TWO OR MORE SETS WITH EACH PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 1C) 107.3.4.1 THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA
 RULE 9N-3SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY
 THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR
 JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 2) 2ND REQUEST. SEMI ?COMPLIED. WITH THE MENTION ABOVE
 OF THE NEW CURBS, ROOF TOP UNITS AND EXHAUST FANS IT
 WAS ASSUMED THAT ROOF TOP PRESSURES FOR ZONES 1, 2 & 3
 WOULD BE SUBMITTED IN VULT AND VASD.
  
 1ST ROUND OF COMMENTS. WITH THE NEW DOOR AND WINDOW
 OPENINGS PLEASE PROVIDE THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA .
 2014 FBC-B 1603.1.4 WIND DESIGN DATA. NOTE SHEET A101
 REFERENCE?S THE WIND DESIGN OF 140, VASD, THIS WAS
 UNDER THE 2010 FBC.
 THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL
 BE SHOWN, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE
 DESIGN OF THE LATERAL FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM OF THE
 STRUCTURE:
  
 2.1. ULTIMATE DESIGN WIND SPEED, VULT, (3-SECOND GUST),
 MILES PER HOUR (KM/HR) AND NOMINAL DESIGN WIND SPEED,
 VASD, AS DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION

 2.6TABLE 1609.7(2) ADJUSTMENT FACTORS FOR HEIGHT &
 EXPOSURE. PROVIDE THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT FOR THE
 BUILDING.
  
 2.7 PLEASE CONVERT PRESSURES FROM VULT TO VASD SINCE
 ALL OF THE TESTING FOR THE PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE IN
 VASD. 1609.3.1 WIND SPEED CONVERSION VULT TO VASD.
  
 3) 2ND REQUEST. SHEET S1.0 TYPICAL ROOF TOP MECHANICAL
 UNIT SUPPORT. THIS DETAIL DOESN?T FIT THIS APPLICATION.
 THE ROOF TOP UNITS SIT ON A PRE-MANUFACTURED CURB. THIS
 DETAIL IS SIMILAR TO BACK WHEN 4X4 SLEEPERS WERE
 ATTACHED TO THE ROOF DECK WITH PITCH PANS. THE CODE
 REQUIRES EITHER CURBS FOR DOWN UNITS OR FOR REMOTE
 CONDENSING UNITS COMPLIANCE WITH 2014 FBC-B TABLE
 1509.6.5 CLEARANCE BELOW RAISED ROOF MOUNTED MECHANICAL
 UNITS.
 1ST REVIEW COMMENT. SHEET A301 & M103 BOTH SHOW GENERIC
 HOOD, INTAKE AND EXHAUST FANS AND CURBS. PLEASE PROVIDE
 THE STRUCTURAL DETAILS FOR THE RE-ENFORCEMENT OF THE
 BAR JOIST AND THE STEEL ANGLE IRON RE-ENFORCEMENT THAT
 WILL BE USED TO ANCHOR THE ROOF TOP CURB FOR BOTH THE
 INTAKE AND EXHAUST FANS. THIS WILL BE PART OF THE MWFRS
 MAIN WIND FORCE RESISTING SYSTEM.

 PROVIDED BY A PERMANENT APPROVED MEANS OF ACCESS, THE

 5. RUNGS SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM 0.75-INCH (19 MM)
 DIAMETER AND BE CAPABLE OF WITHSTANDING A 300-POUND
 (136.1 KG) LOAD.
 6. LADDERS OVER 30 FEET (9144 MM) IN HEIGHT SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WITH OFFSET SECTIONS AND LANDINGS CAPABLE OF
 WITHSTANDING 100 POUNDS PER SQUARE FOOT (488.2 KG/M2).
 7. LADDERS SHALL BE PROTECTED AGAINST CORROSION BY
 APPROVED MEANS. CATWALKS INSTALLED TO PROVIDE THE

 GOING TO BE ANCHORED TO THE CURB TO RESIST THE MOMENT

 SPECIFIC PRIOR APPROVAL OF, AND IN A FORMAT ACCEPTABLE
 TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, AN AFFIDAVIT FOR
 CERTIFICATION OF INSPECTION MAY BE ACCEPTED FROM THE
