 EXTENSION BUT HAD NOT ENTERED IT IN THE COMPTER. PLEASE
 NOTE PERMIT NUMBER 14061187 EXPIRED ON 8/25/15 SEE
 LISTED EXPERATION DATE OF EXTENTION. WILL NEED TO
 RENEWAL PERMIT. CONTRACTOR WILL
 NEED TO SUPPLY A LETTER WHY THE PERMIT SHOULD BE
 RENEWED.
 2010 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE W 2010 WEST PALM BEACH
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION. 105.3.2 TIME LIMITATION OF APPLICATION.
 AN APPLICATION FOR A PERMIT FOR ANY PROPOSED WORK SHALL
 BE DEEMED TO HAVE BEEN ABANDONED AND INVALID, SIX
 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF FILING, OR FOR ANY SIX MONTH
 PERIOD OF ABANDONMENT OR SUSPENSION DURING THE
 APPLICATION PROCESS, UNLESS SUCH APPLICATION HAS BEEN
 PURSUED IN GOOD FAITH OR A PERMIT HAS BEEN ISSUED;
 EXCEPT THAT THE BUILDING OFFICIAL IS AUTHORIZED TO
 GRANT ONE OR MORE EXTENSIONS OF TIME FOR ADDITIONAL
 PERIODS NOT EXCEEDING THREE MONTHS EACH. THE EXTENSION
 SHALL BE REQUESTED IN WRITING PRIOR TO THE ABANDONMENT
 DATE AND JUSTIFIABLE CAUSE DEMONSTRATED. ABANDONED
 APPLICATIONS SHALL SUBJECT TO DESTRUCTION IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH STATE LAW. THE FEE FOR RENEWAL, EXTENSION OF A
 PERMIT
 APPLICATION SHALL BE SET FORTH BY THE ADMINISTRATIVE
 AUTHORITY.
  
 2) UPDATE ALL GA FLOOR PLAN SHEET TO CORRESPOND WITH
 GA3.00 WITH THE AMOUNT OF REQUIRED ACCESSIBLEPARKING
 AND VAN REQUIRED PARKING, DISCREPANCY IN PLANS.
 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 2A) SHEET 0101-GA0.01 INDICATES THERE ARE 127 SELF PARK
 STALLS WHICH WILL REQUIRE A TOTAL OF 5 ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING SPACES, ON SHEETS 0105-GA1.00 & 0101-GA0.01
 ONLY SHOW ONE ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE. OF THE 5
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES, ONE IS TO BE MARKED, VAN
 ACCESSIBLE, SEE 2010 FBC-ACCESS. CODE 208.2.4. VAN
 PARKING SPACES. 208.2 MINIMUM NUMBER ACCESSIBLE PARKING
 SPACES.
  
 2B) VAN ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES SHALL BE IDENTIFIED
 AS REQUIRED BY 2010 FBC-ACCESS. CODE 502.6.
  
 3) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
