 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) THE PROPERTY IS A DEVELOPMENT OF SIGNIFICANT IMPACT
 (DSI). ANY CHANGES TO THE SITE WILL REQUIRE AN
 AMENDMENT TO THE DSI SITE PLAN. SINCE THE PLANS
 INDICATE THAT A NEW CONCRETE AND RECEIVING PAD AT THE
 REAR OF THE BUILDING (NORTH SIDE) IS BEING PROPOSED, A
 MINOR DSI AMENDMENT IS REQUIRED.
  
 2.) IS THERE EXISTING PARKING WHERE THE PROPOSED
 CONCRETE AND RECEIVING PAD WILL BE LOCATED? THE LATEST
 SITE PLAN FOR THE PLAZA SEEMS TO INDICATE SO. IF
 PARKING SPACES ARE TO BE REMOVED IN ORDER TO
 ACCOMMODATE THE CONCRETE AND RECEIVING PAD AT THE REAR
 OF THE BUILDING, THEN THE APPLICANT WILL BE REQUIRED TO
 DEMONSTRATE HOW THE REQUIRED PARKING FOR THE ENTIRE
 SHOPPING PLAZA WILL BE UNAFFECTED BY THE PROPOSED
 CHANGES. AN UPDATED SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY WILL BE
 REQUIRED WITH THE REVISED SITE PLAN.
  
 3.) THE APPLICATION FOR A MINOR DSI AMENDMENT CAN BE
 FOUND ON THE CITY'S WEBSITE, FOLLOWING THIS LINK: HTTP:

 4.) SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION AND REVIEW REQUIRED FOR

 5.) ALL ROOFTOP EQUIPMENT SHALL BE SCREEN FROM VIEW BY
 THE PARAPET OR BY A STRUCTURAL SCREEN.
