 REQUIRED. PLANS ARE TO BE ARCHITECTURAL QUALITY, TO
 SCALE, PLEASE SEE FBC 107.2.1:
  
 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL.
 ELECTRONIC MEDIA DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED WHEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT
 CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF
 THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN
 DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
 CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES
 AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHALL
 CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE,
 AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE
 QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL
 CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC,
 AND THE TECHNICAL CODES SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE
 OR IN PART, NOR SHALL THE TERM "LEGAL" OR
 ITS EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC
 INFORMATION. ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS,
 SPECIFICATIONS AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE
 NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. (SEE ALSO SECTION 107.3.5).
  
 2. PLAN TO INCLUDE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA FBC 5TH ED.
 RESIDENTIAL 301. THIS IS TO INCLUDE WIND SPEED, RISK
 CATEGORY, EXPOSURE CLASSIFICATION, AND METHOD OF
 DESIGN. IF A PRESCRIPTIVE METHOD IS USED, PROVIDE
 DETAILS FROM THE PRESCRIPTIVE GUIDE. IF ENGINEERING IS
 USED (ASCE7-10), PROVIDE CALCULATIONS. PLANS TO INCLUDE
 ALL STRUCTURAL INFORMATION (AND, IF NOT SEALED BY A
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL, CALCULATIONS AS APPLICABLE) AND
 ADEQUATE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT. NO
 ELEVATION INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED (RELATIVE TO
 FINISHED FLOOR IN EXISTING STRUCTURE, RELATIVE TO
 GRADE); PLEASE INCLUDE ON REVISED PLANS.
  
 3. PROVIDE A FLOOR PLAN TO SHOW IF ANY SLEEPING
 ROOMS/EMERGENCY MEANS OF ESCAPE AND RESCUE ARE AFFECTED
 BY THE PROPOSED RENOVATION, FBC 107, FBC R310, FBC EB
 704.1.
  
 4. WINDOW PRODUCT APPROVALS PROVIDED ARE NON IMPACT.
 IMPACT PROTECTION REQUIRED, FBC R 301.2.1.2. PROVIDE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS AND, IF SHUTTERS ARE USED, COMPLETE
 THE SAMPLE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE (AVAILABLE IN THE

 5. IT APPEARS THAT THE EXISTING SUNROOM IS BEING
 CONVERTED TO HABITABLE SPACE. REVISE FLOOR PLAN TO
 PROVIDE A ROOM DESIGNATION, FBC 107. IMPACT FEE
 ASSESSMENT BY PALM BEACH COUNTY MAY BE REQUIRED.
  
 6. FLORIDA STATE OR LOCAL PRODUCT APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR
 COMPONENTS AND CLADDING, FAC9N-3, FBC 5TH ED.
 RESIDENTIAL 301. A WINDOW PRODUCT APPROVAL WAS
 PROVIDED, BUT I COULD NOT LOCATE A DOOR PRODUCT
 APPROVAL. (I DID NOT GO THROUGH EVERY PAGE PROVIDED AS
 THERE WERE ABOUT 50 8.5"X11" SPEC SHEETS PROVIDED WHICH
 ARE NOT NEEDED FOR PLAN REVIEW).
  
 7. A COMPLETE PLAN REVIEW CANNOT BE DONE AT THIS TIME,
 FBC 107. OTHER REVIEWS (SUCH AS MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL)
 AND INFORMATION (ENERGY CALCS) MAY BE REQUIRED AFTER
 SCOPE IS CLARIFIED.
