| | HOUSE LOCATED AT 505 38TH STREET AS STATED ON THE |
| | LETTER. THE HOUSE FOR THIS PERMIT IS 502 38TH STREET, |
| | WHICH IS LOCATED ACROSS THE STREET. THE BUILDING |
| | FRAMING SYSTEM IS DIFFERENT FOR BOTH HOUSES. ONE HOUSE |
| | WAS BUILT IN 1954 AND THE OTHER ONE WAS BUILT IN 1925. |
| | THERE MAY NOT BE A TRUSS SYSTEM ON THE HOUSE BUILT IN |
| | THE 1925'S. ENGINEER TO REVISE ADDRESS AND PROVIDE |
| | COMPLETE ROOF FRAMING AND SUPPORTING WALLS INFORMATION |
