 1. SUBMIT A PROPERTY SURVEY WITH EACH SET OF PLANS.
  
 2. NEW 10? X 45? CONCRETE PAD ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING NEEDS TO BE SHOWN DIMENSIONALLY ACCURATE ON
 THE SITE PLAN WITH SETBACK FROM PROPERTY LINE. CONCRETE
 PAD MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 2 FEET FROM THE PROPERTY LINE.
 PLEASE DIMENSION.
  
 3. LOCATION OF PROPOSED DUMPSTER IS ALSO BEING REVIEWED
 ON SEPARATE SITE WORK PERMIT. DUMPSTER LOCATION WITH
 ORIENTATION FOR PICK-UP OFF OF BUNKER ROAD IS NOT
 RECOMMENDED AND WILL REQUIRE ENGINEERING REVIEW. FINAL
 LOCATION OF THE PAD FOR THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE SHALL BE
 DIMENSIONED AND INCLUDE SETBACKS FROM THE PROPERTY
 LINE. A FOUNDATION PLANTING IS REQUIRED AROUND THE
 DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE AND CAN BE ADDRESSED THROUGH A
 SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT.
  
  
 GENERAL COMMENTS:
  
 4. REVISIONS TO PARKING LOT AND LANDSCAPING ARE TO BE
 REVIEWED UNDER SEPARATE PERMITS.
  
 5. SEPARATE PERMIT REQUIRE FOR GENERATOR. SCREENING OF
 GENERATOR WILL BE REQUIRED.
