| | DESIGN LOADS SHALL BE DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE |

| | COOLING LOADS SHALL BE ADJUSTED TO ACCOUNT FOR LOAD |
| | REDUCTIONS THAT ARE ACHIEVED WHEN ENERGY RECOVERY |
| | SYSTEMS ARE UTILIZED IN THE HVAC SYSTEM IN ACCORDANCE |
| | WITH THE ASHRAEHVAC SYSTEMS AND EQUIPMENT HANDBOOK. |
| | ALTERNATIVELY, DESIGN LOADS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY AN |
| | APPROVED EQUIVALENT COMPUTATION PROCEDURE, USING THE |
| | DESIGN PARAMETERS SPECIFIED IN CHAPTER 3. |
| | 2) PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS PER SECTION C401.2 |
| | FBC-14 ENERGY CONSERVATION: C401.2 APPLICATION. |
| | COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS SHALL COMPLY WITH ONE OF THE |
| | FOLLOWING: |
| | 1. THE REQUIREMENTS OF ANSI/ASHRAE/IESNA 90.1. |
| | 2. THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTIONS C402, C403, C404 AND |
| | C405. IN ADDITION, COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS SHALL COMPLY |
| | WITH EITHER SECTION C406.2, C406.3 OR C406.4. |

| | 4) SHEETS M1 & M2: THE PLANS ARE OF INSUFFICIENT |
| | CLARITY FOR REVIEW AND FOR COMPUTER SCANNING AND |
| | FILING. THE PRINT ON THE AC EQUIPMENT SCHEDULES, AND |
| | ALL THE PRINTED NOTES, DETAILS, AND TAGS SHOWN IN THE |
| | HVAC PLANS ARE EITHER TOO SMALL OR TOO FAINT TO READ- |
| | REFER TO SECTION 107.2.1 WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC-14 |

| | 8) INDICATE THE TYPE(S) OF SUPPLY AND RETURN DUCTWORK |
| | TO BE USED, AND PROVIDE DUCT CONNECTION, HANGING AND |

| | 9) BATH AND TOILET ROOM EXHAUST: ENLARGE THE DETAILS TO |
