 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE S1 SHEET INDICATES THE PLANS WERE DESIGNED TO
 THE 2010 FBC. NOTE PLANS SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING
 DEPARTMENT ON JUNE 30/ 2015 OR AFTER THIS DATE ARE TO
 BE DESIGNED TO THE 2014 FBC. THE 2014 FBC WAS ADOPTED
 STATEWIDE ON JUNE 30/ 2015.
  
 2) THE PERMIT APPLICATION ADDRESS INDICATES THIS
 STRUCTURE IS BUILT IN AN A9 FLOOD ZONE THE BASE
 ELEVATION 13 FEET AND THE CITY REQUIRES AN ADDTIONAL 6
 INCH FREEBOARD OR MINIMUM OF 13 FT. 6 INCHES. FBC
 BUILDING 1612 AND CITY OF WPB CODE OF ORDINANCES
 SECTION 94-546.
  
 DURING THE PERMITTING OF THIS STRUCTURE THERE WILL BE
 REQUIRED (3) DIFFERENT FLOOD ZONE CERTIFICATES
 REQUIRED:
 (1) A FLOOD ZONE CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED AS PART OF THE
 PLAN REVIEW DOCUMENTS WITH THE PROPOSED FINISH FLOOR
 HEIGHT.
 (2) ONCE THE FIRST FLOOR SLAB IS POURED THE 2ND
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED
 (3) BEFORE THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
 OR A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION THE 3RD FLOOD ZONE
 CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED WITH THE HEIGHT OF ALL EXTERIOR
 ATTENDANTS

 2014 FBC-B 1609.4. .SURFACE ROUGHNESS C. OPEN TERRAIN
 WITH SCATTERED OBSTRUCTIONS HAVING HEIGHTS GENERALLY
 LESS THAN 30 FEET (9144 MM). THIS CATEGORY INCLUDES
 FLAT OPEN COUNTRY, AND GRASSLANDS. THIS SURFACE
 ROUGHNESS SHALL ALSO APPLY TO ANY BUILDING LOCATED
 WITHIN SURFACE ROUGHNESS BTYPE TERRAIN WHERE THE
 BUILDING IS WITHIN 100 FEET (30 M) HORIZONTALLY IN ANY
 DIRECTION OF OPEN AREAS OF SURFACE ROUGHNESS C OR

 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.

 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,

 9) SHEET S-3, S-4,S6, S7 & S9 ALL SHOW DETAILS OF THE
 NEW HIPPED TRUSS ROOF SYSTEM ON TOP OF A CONCRETE
 SLABBED ROOF SYSTEM. NOTE THE PLANS INDICATE A (2)
 POINT ANCHOR LOCATION FOR THE TRUSSES. THE AREA OF
 CONCERN IS THE 4 FOOT AND 6 FOOT TRUSS TAILS WITH NO
 ANCHOR SYSTEM FOR UPLIFT. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 10) SHEET S-6 & S-7 BOTH SHOW NEW DECROTIVE OUTRIGGERS
 OF 8 INCHES IN HEIGHT, THE PLANS DO NOT PROVIDE THE
 WIDTH OF THE OUTRIGGERS, NOR DO THEY SPECIFY GRADE OR
 SPECIES OF WOOD THEY ARE TO BE MADE FROM. THE PLANS DO
 NOT INDICATE HOW THEY ARE TO BE ANCHORED TO THE NEW
 CONCRETE DECK NOR HOW THEY WILL BE ANCHORED TO THE
 EXISITNG SLOPED CONCRETE DECKS? 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 11) SHEET S-8 DETAIL # 4 SHOWS A HIP AND RIDGE DETAIL
 WITH WOOD 2X FOR ANCHORING OF HIP AND RIDGE TILE. THE
 PLANS DO NOT INDICATE HOW THE RIDGE BOARD IS TO BE
 ATTACHED. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH 2014 FBC-B 1507.3.8
 APPLICATION. TILE SHALL BE APPLIED ACCORDING TO THE
 MANUFACTURER?S INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS OR
 RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE FRSA/TRI FLORIDA HIGH WIND
 CONCRETE AND CLAY ROOF TILE INSTALLATION MANUAL, FIFTH
 EDITION WHERE THE BASIC WIND SPEED, VASD, IS DETERMINED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1609.3.1.
  
 12) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE
 REVISION & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES
 AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
