 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE. MORE INFORMATION ON THE PROPOSED SIGNAGE IS
 REQUIRED FOR AN ADEQUATE REVIEW:
  
 1.) WHERE ON THE PREMISE IS THE 14 FT. X 4.5 FT. SIGN
 LOCATED? PLEASE ILLUSTRATE IN THE PROPOSED SIGNAGE
 PLANS.
  
 2.) THE GOOGLE STREET VIEW OF THE PROPERTY INDICATES
 THAT THERE IS AN EXISTING CABINET SIGN LOCATED ON THE
 EAST FACADE; PLEASE VERIFY IF THIS SIGN IS STILL
 EXISTING ON THE PREMISE. THE PERMIT PLANS SEEM TO
 INDICATE THAT THIS SIGN HAS BEEN REMOVED.
  
 3.) FACADE DIMENSIONS ARE NEEDED IN ORDER TO CALCULATE
 THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE SIGN AREA. PLEASE
 PROVIDE/ILLUSTRATE THIS INFORMATION IN THE PLANS.
  
 4.) THE MAXIMUM SUM TOTAL AREA OF ALL SIGNS MOUNTED ON
 THE FACADE OTHER THAN THE FRONT FACADE: 50 PERCENT OF
 THE AREA SET FORTH IN SECTION 94-409 IF THERE IS ONLY
 ONE (1) SIGN PROPOSED FOR THE EAST FACADE. [ZLDR

 5.) THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF SIGNAGE FOR EACH BUILDING:
 ONE (1) SIGN FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS OCCUPANT OF
 THE BUILDING, PLUS TWO (2) ADDITIONAL SIGNS. PLEASE
 PROVIDE CURRENT IMAGES OF ALL FACADES OF THE BUILDING
