 THE PERMIT IS ISSUED PROVISIONALLY IN THAT THE WORK IS
 COMPLETE AND CERTIFIED BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD.
 NEVERTHELESS, THE FOLLOWING APPLIES:
  
 ACCESS TO THE BATHROOM IS A 2'-0" DOOR. THIS MUST BE
 MODIFIED TO ALLOW A MINIMUM OF 29" CLEAR OPEN TO THE
 BATH FACILITIES. ADDITIONALLY FOR ALL TRADES, THE
 FOLLOWING APPLIES;
  
 THE INSPECTOR MAY REQUIRE PREVIOUSLY COMPLETED WORK TO
 BE MADE ACCESSIBLE AND OPEN FOR INSPECTION OR REQUIRE
 ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION FOR ALL CONCEALED WORK
 PREVIOUSLY COMPLETED PURSUANT TO FBC 110 & FBC 117.
  
 FBC 110.1 GENERAL. CONSTRUCTION OR WORK FOR WHICH A
 PERMIT IS REQUIRED SHALL BE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION BY
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL AND SUCH CONSTRUCTION OR WORK
 SHALL REMAIN ACCESSIBLE AND EXPOSED FOR INSPECTION
 PURPOSES UNTIL APPROVED.
  
 FBC 117 - THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY REQUIRE TESTS OR
 TEST REPORTS AS PROOF OF COMPLIANCE. REQUIRED TESTS ARE
 TO BE MADE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE OWNER, OR AGENT, BY AN
 APPROVED TESTING LABORATORY OR OTHER APPROVED AGENCY.
