 WALL IDENTIFICATION TAG A3A BUT THERE IS NO SUCH WALL
 TAG FOUND ON SHEET A00.30. NOTE THIS SHOULD BE A FIRE
 RATED PARTITION, STAIRWELLS, 2014 FBC- 1022.2
 CONSTRUCTION.
  
 2) IN STAIRWELL DOOR # 100C THE DOOR SCHEDULE INDICATES
 NOT FIRE RATED. 2014 FBC-B 1022.2 SEE FIRE RATING
 REQUIREMENTS. PLEASE NOTE THIS DOOR SHOULD NOT BE IN
 THE STAIRWELL BUT ACCESSED THROUGH FROM THE EXTERIOR
 SINCE THIS A DOOR TO A STORAQGE ROOM. SEE 1022.5
 PENETRATIONS.
  
 3) NOTE # 8 INDICATES THE USE OF A NEW GUARDRAILS ON
 THE UNENCLOSED STAIR A. PLEASE NOTE THIS GUARDRAIL
 NEEDED TO BE UPDATED BY ONSITE FIRE INSPECTION.
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2014 EXISTING BUILDING CODE
 805.10.1 AND 805.10.2. THE DESIGN SHALL BE INSTALLED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. PLEASE
 REVIEW SECTION 1013.3 & 1013.4 OPENING LIMITATIONS.
 THIS AREA IS A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY AN WILL NEED TO
 COMPLY WITH NOT ALLOWING A 4 INCH SPHERE NO TO PASS
 THROUGH.
  
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
