 NOT 2010 FBC. UPDATE ALL PLANS AND ALL NOTES AS
 REQUIRED. CHAPTER 553 F.S.
  
 2- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.) FOR IMPACT FEES ASSESSMENT.
 THEN BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF
 THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.

 ADDITION. SQUARE FOOTAGE WAS ADDED TO THE EXISTING
 BUILDING. THE PROPERTY APPRAISER ACTUAL SQUARE FOOTAGE
 IS 594 S.F. ( 502 S.F. FOR BASE AREA AND 92 S.F. FOR
 STORAGE). SEE PROPERTY APPRAISER RECORDS. THERE ARE NO
 CITY PERMITS FOR ADDITIONAL WORK ON REAR BUILDING.
