 THERE ARE 2 ISSUES WITH THIS DETAIL. THE BUILDING IS
 CLASSIFIED AS A BUILDING TYPE IB WHICH DOES NOT ALLOW
 EXTERIOR PLYWOOD. PLEASE REVIEW 2014 FBC-B 603.1.1.3.
 FIRE RETARDANT TREATED WOOD CAN BE USED IN NON-BEARING
 EXTERIOR WALLS.
  
 1B) DETAILS 3 & 4 ON SHEET A400.2 INDICATE THE USE OF
 30 LB. FELT. PLEASE SEE 2014 FBC-B SECTION 2510.6 WHERE
 APPLIED OVER WOOD-BASED SHEATHING, SHALL INCLUDE A
 WATER RESISTIVE VAPOR-PERMEABLE BARRIER WITH A
 PERFORMANCE AT LEAST EQUIVALENT TO TWO LAYERS OF GRADE
 D PAPER. THE INDIVIDUAL LAYERS SHALL BE INSTALLED
 INDEPENDENTLY SUCH THAT EACH LAYER PROVIDES A SEPARATE
 CONTINUOUS PLANE AND ANY FLASHING (INSTALLED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1405.4) INTENDED TO DRAIN TO
 THE WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIER IS DIRECTED BETWEEN THE
 LAYERS.
