 ACCESSIBILITY. THE DOOR TO RESTROOM 106 IS NOT
 ACCESSIBLE WITH THE WIDTH OF THE CORRIDOR AT 51 INCHES
 WIDE. 202.4.1 DISPROPORTIONATE COST UP TO 20 % OF THE
 CONTRACT VALUE OR $51,412.00 DOLLORS IN ACCESSIBLE
 UPGRADES. THERE IS AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE WITH BOTH
 FRONT DOORS BEING ON AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE. THE NEXT AREA
 IS AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO ALTERED AREAS, AND THEN
 RESTROOMS THE DOOR # 106 YOU CAN NOT GET BY IT. SHEET
 A-905 DETAIL (E) SHOWS A MINIMUM OF 54 INCHES TO WHEEL
 BY THAT DOOR. PLEASE SHOW HOW COMPLIANCE WITH 2014
 ACCESS. CODE FIGURE 404.2.4.1(E) WILL BE ACHIEVED.
  
 NOTE A SIMPLE FIX FOR THIS DOOR AS WELL AS THE MENS
 RESTROOM DOOR IS THE USE OF A INSWING DOOR. 2014

 THE TOILET ROOM OR BATHING ROOM IS FOR INDIVIDUAL USE
 AND A CLEAR FLOOR SPACE COMPLYING WITH 305.3 IS
 PROVIDED WITHIN THE ROOM BEYOND THE ARC OF THE DOOR
 SWING, DOORS SHALL BE PERMITTED TO SWING INTO THE CLEAR

 WITH SECTION 1005.7.1 DOOR SWING. DOORS, WHEN FULLY
 OPENED, SHALL NOT REDUCE THE REQUIRED WIDTH BY MORE
 THAN 7 INCHES (178 MM). DOORS IN ANY POSITION SHALL NOT
 REDUCE THE REQUIRED WIDTH BY MORE THAN ONE-HALF.
