 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR
 JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL. FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE
 ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING
 ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS, SHOP DRAWINGS ETC.

 FOUNDATION AND THE ADJACENT EXCAVATION FOR THE UNDER
 GROUND STORAGE TANKS. HOW WILL THE CANOPY FOUNDATION BE
 PROTECTERD FROM DESCENDING SLOPE OF THE UNDER GROUND
 STORAGE TANKS SINCE THEY EXCAVATION WILL BE
 APPROXIMATELY 15 FEET BELOW GRADE. 2014 FBC-B 1808.7.2.
 FOUNDATIONS ON OR ADJACENT TO SLOPE SURFACES SHALL BE
 FOUNDED IN FIRM MATERIAL WITH AN EMBEDMENT AND SET BACK
 FROM THE SLOPE SURFACE SUFFICIENT TO PROVIDE VERTICAL
 AND LATERAL SUPPORT FOR THE FOUNDATION WITHOUT
 DETRIMENTAL SETTLEMENT. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED FOR IN
 SECTION 1808.7.5 AND FIGURE 1808.7.1, THE FOLLOWING
 SETBACK IS DEEMED ADEQUATE TO MEET THE CRITERIA. WHERE
 THE SLOPE IS STEEPER THAN 1 UNIT VERTICAL IN 1 UNIT
 HORIZONTAL (100-PERCENT SLOPE), THE REQUIRED SETBACK
 SHALL BE MEASURED FROM AN IMAGINARY PLANE 45 DEGREES
 (0.79 RAD) TO THE HORIZONTAL, PROJECTED UPWARD FROM THE
 TOE OF THE SLOPE.
  
 8) SHEET CS1 INDICATES THE REQUIREMENT FOR EITHER
 BOLTABLE OR WELDED CONNECTIONS WILL REQUIRE A RESIDENT
 INSPECTOR.

 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION, 110.3.9 OTHER
 INSPECTIONS SERVICES. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY MAKE,
 OR CAUSE TO BE MADE BY OTHERS, THE INSPECTIONS REQUIRED
 BY SECTION 109. HE/SHE MAY ACCEPT REPORTS OF INSPECTORS
 OF RECOGNIZED INSPECTION SERVICES, PROVIDED THAT AFTER
 INVESTIGATION HE/SHE IS SATISFIED AS TO THEIR
 QUALIFICATIONS AND RELIABILITY. A CERTIFICATE CALLED
 FOR BY ANY PROVISION OF THE TECHNICAL CODES SHALL NOT
 BE BASED ON SUCH REPORTS UNLESS THE SAME ARE IN WRITING
 AND CERTIFIED BY A RESPONSIBLE OFFICER OF SUCH SERVICE.
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY REQUIRE THE OWNER TO EMPLOY
 AN INSPECTION SERVICE IN THE FOLLOWING INSTANCES: (1).
 STEEL CONSTRUCTION WHERE EITHER BOLTABLE OR WELDED
 CONNECTIONS ARE REQUIRED.
  
 8A) RESIDENT INSPECTOR FORMS MUST BE SIGNED BY ALL
 PARTIES NOTARIZED AND RETURNED TO THE BUILDING
 DEPARTMENT.
  
 8B) FOR THE RESIDENT INSPECTOR PLEASE PROVIDE A RESUME'
 OF INSPECTION EXPERIENCE ON PREVIOUS PROJECT. THE
 RESUME' MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY ALL CERTIFICATES AS
 SPECIFIED HEREIN. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL OR HIS DESIGNEE
 WILL REVIEW THE RESUME'. AFTER THE RESUME' IS REVIEWED,
 AN INTERVIEW WILL BE SCHEDULED. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES
 WILL AN INSPECTOR BE INTERVIEWED FOR WORK WITHOUT FIRST
 MEETING THE ABOVE CRITERIA.
