 1) THE SUBMITTED PLANS INDICATE THE SUB-DIVIDING THIS
 A2 ASSEMBLY AREA INTO A RESTARAUNT AND THE OTHER A
 NIGHTCLUB. THE ACTUAL CONCERN IS THE EXTERIOR OCCUPANT
 LOAD OF 112 OCCUPANTS, ACTUAL COUNT BY SEATING 68.
 THERE NEEDS TO BE 2 MEANS OF EGRESS FROM THIS DECK
 WITHOUT GOING THROUGH THE BUILDING. NOTE THE PLANS SHOW
 2 EXITS IN THE RAILING SYSTEM BUT IN REALITY THERE IS
 ONLY ONE. DISCREPANCY IN THE PLANS. SINCE THE OCCUPANT
 LOAD FOR THIS ASSEMBLY AREA IS OVER 50 OCCUPANTS THE
 CODE REQUIRES (2) EXITS FROM THIS AREA, SEE 2014 FBC-B
 TABLE 1015.1. ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY WITH OCCUPANT LOADS
 GREATER THAN 49 REQUIRES (2) MEANS OF EGRESS.
  
 2) PLEASE REVIEW SECTION 1015.2.1 EXCEPTION # 2
 REQUIRES 2014 FBC-B THE 2 EXITS TO BE 1/3RD THE
 DISTANCE APART.
  
 3) THE 2014 FL ACCESSIBLITY CODE SECTION 207.1 REFERS
 YOU TO SECTION 1007 OF THE 2003 IBC-B. SECTION 1007.1
 OF THE 2003 IBC STATES WHERE MORE THAN ONE MEANS OF
 EGRESS IS REQUIRED BY EITHER 1014.1 OR 1018.1 FROM ANY
 ACCESSIBLE SPACE, EACH ACCESSIBLE PORTION OF THE SPACE
 SHALL BE SERVED BY NOT LESS THAN 2 ACCESSIBLE MEANS OF
 EGRESS.
  
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
