 REFERENCE TO THE 2010 FBC AND FAMILY OF CODES. PLEASE
 NOTE ON JUNE 30/ 2015 STATEWIDE THE 5TH EDITION OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE (2014 FBC) WAS ADOPTED, PLEASE
 UPDATE PLANS.
  
 2) PLEASE NOTE THE CONTRACT VALUE OF THIS PROJECT IS
 $20,000.00 DOLLORS. PLEASE PROVIDE A ITEMIZED LIST
 WHERE THESE FUNDS ARE TO BE SPENT. 2014
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY PLEASE REVIEW WHERE MONIES ARE TO BE
 SPENT IN THIS ORDER SEE 202.4.2 ACCESSIBLE FEATURES IN
 THE EVENT OF DISPROPORTIONALITY.
  
 3) SHEET A1 SHOWS THE REAR EXTERIOR DOOR BEING BLOCKED
 IN. DOOR # 104 A EXISTING NON-CONFORMING DOOR WILL BE A
 REQUIRED MEANS OF EGRESS.
 THIS TENNANT SPACE IS APPROXIMATELY 120 FEET DEEP. THE
 2014 FBC-B TABLE 1013.3 WITH AN OCCUPAN LOAD LESS THAN
 OR EQUALL TO 30 NON-SPRINKLERED BUILDING COMMON PATH OF
 TRAVEL IS LIMITED TO 100 FEET. THIS TENNANT SPACE WILL
 REQUIRE 2 MEANS OF EGRESS.

 207.1. MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION

 REVIEW THE NEW EXTERIOR FRONT DOOR 101. SHEET A-1
 INDICATES A SINGLE EXTERIOR SWING DOOR WHERE AS SHEET
 A2 INDICATES THIS SAME DOOR 101 TO BE A (2) 3 FT.
 DOORS. 2014 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION, ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED, DISCREPANCY IN PLANS.
  
 6) SHEET A-1 AND A-4 THE NEW FRONT ENTRY SHOWS A
 EXISTING CONCRETE COLUMN. PLEASE SEE 2014
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE FIGURE 404.2.4.1(A) THE REQUIRED
 MANEUVERING CLEARANCES, IT APPEARS THE EXISTING
 CONCRETE COLUMN WILL BE IN THE MANEUVERING CLEARANCES.
 PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE REQUIRED 42 INCHES REQUIRED FOR
 MANEUVERING CLEARANCES SEE FIGURE 404.2.4.1( K).
  
 7) THE SUBMITTED ENERGY COMPLIANCE FORMS SUBMITTED ARE
 FORM 506-2010. PLEASE UPDATE FORMS TO THE 2014
 FBC-ENERGY.
  
  
 8) CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY: BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT,
 MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY. THE ACTUAL PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED
 BY THAT OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED
 TO THE PERMIT APPLICATION. PLEASE CALL (561)233-5025

 9) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS

 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
