 ROOF FRAMING MEMBERS TO RESIST THE MOMENT OF OVER

 6) NEITHER THE MECHANICAL OR STRUCTURAL SHEETS SHOW HOW
 THE EXHAUST VENTS ARE TO BE CUT THROUGH THE ROOF AND
 ANCHORED TO RESIST THE MOMENT OF OVER TURNING.

 7) THE VALUE STATED ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS
 EMBARRASSING LOW!!!! PLEASE CORRECT VALUE. 108.3*

 CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE,
 ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS
 APPEARS TO BE UNDER ESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE
 PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISHES, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR
 BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING
 COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE

 8) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
