 PLEASE PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES:
  
 1. THE STEEL SUPERSTRUCTURE IS VERTICAL CONSTRUCTION,
 SO IT TRIGGERS CONDITION NO. 1 OF RESOLUTION NO. 206-15
 LISTED BELOW:
  
 1) PRIOR TO THE APPROVAL OF A BUILDING PERMIT FOR
 VERTICAL CONSTRUCTION OF THE RESTORATION HARDWARE
 GALLERY, THE APPLICANT SHALL:
  
 A. PROVIDE AT LEAST ONE SHOWER AND CHANGING FACILITY
 WITHIN THE BUILDING MEETING BOTH BUILDING CODE AND
 PLANNING DIVISION REQUIREMENTS.
 B. SHOW MERCHANDISE WINDOW DISPLAYS IN AS MANY OF THE
 GROUND LEVEL GLAZED OPENINGS AS POSSIBLE.
  
 2. THE PLANS PROVIDED (FOR REFERENCE ONLY) DO NOT
 INCLUDE INFORMATION ON THE SHOWER AND CHANGING
 FACILITIES. THE CURRENT LAYOUT WITH NO SPECIFIC
 INFORMATION WAS NOT APPROVED AS MEETING THE REQUIREMENT
 BY THE PLANNING DIVISION DURING THE SITE PLAN APPROVAL
 PROCESS.
  
 3. THERE IS NO GLAZING SPECIFIC INFORMATION PROVIDED ON
 THE GLAZING OF THE WINDOWS ON THE GROUND LEVEL FOR
 STAFF TO VERIFY THE INTENT OF 1)B.
  
 4. THE BUILDING CONTAINS MORE SQUARE FOOTAGE THAN WAS
 APPROVED BY RESOLUTION NO. 206-15. A MINOR PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT TO REFLECT THE NEW SQUARE FOOTAGE
 IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE APPROVAL OF THE VERTICAL
 CONSTRUCTION. THE MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT
 SHALL SHOW WHERE THE BUILDING HAS GOTTEN LARGER AND THE
 IMPACT ON THE SITE LAYOUT, TO INCLUDE THE SETBACKS, THE
 LANDSCAPE, THE PARKING, ETC.
  
 5. THE ARCHITECTURE IS DIFFERENT THAN THE ONE APPROVED
 BY RESOLUTION NO. 206-15. A MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
 AMENDMENT TO REFLECT THE NEW ELEVATIONS IS REQUIRED.
  
 6. IN LIGHT OF THE TIMING TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS
 ABOVE, IT MAY BE ADVANTAGEOUS TO REVISE THE SCOPE OF
 THIS PERMIT TO BE JUST FOR THE FOUNDATION TO GIVE
 YOURSELVES MORE TIME TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS RELATED TO
 THE VERTICAL CONSTRUCTION.
  
 7. SEPARATE PERMITS WITH PLANS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE
 FOLLOWING:
  
 A. AWNINGS
 B. PARKING LOT STRIPING
 C. LANDSCAPE
 D. FOUNTAINS
 E. SITE LIGHTING
 F. HARDSCAPE
 G. BICYCLE RACKS
 H. WALLS AND GATES
