 COMPLIANCE METHOD. EXISTING BUILDING IS BEING RENOVATED
 (BY AFFECTING THE EXITING AT THE REAR) AND THE PROPOSED
 CONSTRUCTION IS AN ADDITION.

 NO ACCESSIBILITY COMPLIANCE INFORMATION PROVIDED. THE
 PLAN APPEARS TO ROUTE TWO ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY EXITS
 THROUGH A NEW STORAGE ROOM (OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION
 NOT STATED, S1 OR S2?). THERE ARE MANY REFERENCES TO
 THE "NEW BUILDING" BUT TO BE CONSIDERED A SEPARATE
 BUILDING, A FIRE WALL IS REQUIRED, NONE SHOWN.
  
 3. PROPOSED RENOVATION APPEARS TO ELIMINATE TWO EXITS,
 BUT NO LIFE SAFETY PLAN PROVIDED. PROVIDE A LIFE SAFETY
 PLAN TO SHOW HOW ELIMINATION OF TWO DOORS WILL AFFECT
 THE EXITING FOR THIS BUILDING.
  
 4. THERE IS A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF TEXT ON THIS PLAN.
 REMOVE ALL WHICH DOES NOT APPLY TO THIS SPECIFIC JOB.
 FOR INSTANCE, LEVELS 1, 2, AND 3 ALTERATIONS ARE LSITED
 UNDER "BUILDING CODES." IS ENGINEER STATING THAT THIS
 IS A LEVEL 3 ALTERATION? SHEET S1.2 MAKES REFERENCE TO
 THE RESIDENTIAL CODE; TO WHAT PART OF THE PROJECT IS

 CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF
 THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN
 DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
 CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES
 AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHALL
 CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE,
 AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE
 QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL
 CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC,
 AND THE TECHNICAL CODES SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE
 OR IN PART, NOR SHALL THE TERM "LEGAL" OR
 ITS EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC
 INFORMATION. ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS,
