 THE SIDEWALK WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED AT THE PROPOSED
 DRIVEWAY LOCATION AND REPLACED WITH 6 INCH THICK, 3000

 THE PROPERTY CURRENTLY HAS AN EXISTING DRIVEWAY WITH A
 WIDTH AT THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE WIDTH OF 10 FT. PLEASE
 REDUCE THE WIDTH OF THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY SO THAT THE
 WIDTH IS LESS THAN THE 10 FEET MAXIMUM AS MEASURED AT
 THE PROPERTY LINE. (SECTION 94-313 AND 94-482 OF THE
 CITY'S CODE OF ORDINANCES)
  
 PLEASE VERIFY THAT THE MINIMUM LANDSCAPED AREA REQUIRED
 UNDER CODE OF ORDINANCES SECTION 94-482 WILL BE
 PROVIDED. THE LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT
 OF THE FRONT YARD AREA SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING
 PLANT MATERIAL (SUCH AS GRASS, GROUND COVER, SHRUBS,
 HEDGES, VINES OR TREES). THE FRONT YARD AREA IS
 APPROXIMATELY 3,250 SF. 1,000 SQUARE FEET MUST REMAIN
 AS LANDSCAPED AREA.
  
 A RECORDED COPY OF THE NON CONFORMING DRIVEWAY
 AGREEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE CITY PRIOR TO FINAL
