| | SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE |
| | SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE |
| | ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE |
| | PERMIT AND IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING |
