 DESIGNED TO THE 2010 FBC. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE 2014
 FBC WAS ADOPTED STATE WIDE JUNE 30/ 2015.
 PLANS WILL NEED TO BE UPDATED TO THE CURRENT ADOPTED
 CODE.
  
 2) SHEET A-1.0:
 1A) THE NEW DOOR IN THE OLD TENANT SEPARATION WALL IS
 ONLY IDENTIFIED AS R SHEET A-3.0 INDICATES THIS DOOR TO
 BE RE-USED BUT NO DOOR SIZE IS GIVEN. PLEASE PROVIDE
 CODE COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2014 FBC-B 1008.1.1 SIZE OF
 DOORS. THE MINIMUM WIDTH OF EACH DOOR OPENING SHALL BE
 SUFFICIENT FOR THE OCCUPANT LOAD THEREOF AND SHALL
 PROVIDE A CLEAR WIDTH OF 32 INCHES (813 MM). CLEAR
 OPENINGS OF DOORWAYS WITH SWINGING DOORS SHALL BE
 MEASURED BETWEEN THE FACE OF THE DOOR AND THE STOP,
 WITH THE DOOR OPEN 90 DEGREES.
