 CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES
 AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHALL
 CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE,
 AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE
 QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL
 CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC,
 AND THE TECHNICAL CODES SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE
 OR IN PART, NOR SHALL THE TERM "LEGAL" OR
 ITS EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC
 INFORMATION. ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS,
 SPECIFICATIONS AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE
 NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. (SEE ALSO SECTION 107.3.5).

 ROOF FRAMING IS STILL SHOWN AS "EXISTING".

 VALUE. VALUE IS TO INCLUDE THE MARKET VALUE OF LABOR,
 MATERIALS, OVERHEAD, PROFIT, ENGINEERING - EVERYTHING
 EXCEPT FOR LAND, CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO
 THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE SECTION 109. WHEN PROVIDING
 THE VALUE, PROVIDE A COST BREAKDOWN ITEM BY ITEM. IF IT
 IS DETERMINED THAT THE VALUE IS STILL UNREASONABLY LOW,
 VALUE WILL BE BALLPARKED. IF APPLICANT OBJECTS, A STICK
 ESTIMATE WILL BE DONE BUT BE AWARE THAT THIS WILL DELAY
 PLAN REVIEW DUE TO THE LENGTH OF TIME REQUIRED.
  
 5. A STOP WORK VIOLATION HAS BEEN ISSUED. PLANS
 PROVIDED DO NOT MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR PLANS
 (SEE COMMENT 1).
 3RD REVIEW, INCLUDE ALL WORK DONE WITHOUT PERMIT IN
 THIS PLAN. ROOF FRAMING AND ROOFING WAS DONE WITHOUT
 PERMITS BUT IS NOT INCLUDED ON THIS PLAN. THIS PERMIT
 IS TO INCLUDE ALL WORK DONE WITHOUT PERMITS.
  
 7. THE DETAIL SUBMITTED DOES NOT HAVE A TITLE BLOCK IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH FS471, FAC61G15-23.002.
