 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS IN WRITING OR ON
 THE PLANS WHERE APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) PROVIDE ALL BUILDING SETBACK DIMENSIONS IN THE SITE
 PLAN. THE BUILDING SETBACK DIMENSION IS MEASURED FROM
 THE BUILDING WALL CLOSEST TO THE PROPERTY LINE, TO THE
 PROPERTY LINE.
  
 2.) IDENTIFY THE OBJECT DEPICTED IN THE SITE PLAN THAT
 IS LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SITE, JUST
 SOUTH OF THE EXISTING POOL PATIO.
  
 3.) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION ($115,113) EXCEEDS 50
 PERCENT OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($133,867) ACCORDING
 TO THE P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE,
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE
 SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE
 REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE
 SITE CONFORMS TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A
 LANDSCAPE PLAN DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE
 INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES
 NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING
 APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND
 IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL
 TO BRING THE SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
  
 REVISIONS TO THE PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
