 2- ENGINEER OF RECORD IS USING A SEAL THAT READS
 "CERTIFICATE". THIS TYPE OF SEAL IS NOT LONGER VALID
 SINCE JANUARY 2006. ENGINEER NEEDS TO USE CURRENT SEAL
 THAT READS "LICENSE" AS REQUIRED BY 61G15-23.002 F.A.C.

 A) NEW BOLD LETTERING AND NUMBERING SHOWN ON ALL PLANS
