 EXTREMELY LOW FOR THE VALUE OF THE PROJECT. THE VALUE
 OF THE WINDOW REPLACEMENT ALONE IS BETWEEN $20,000.00
 TO $25,000.00 FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF WINDOWS AND DOORS
 ALONE. SINCE THERE ARE SUB-PERMITS WITHIN THE PACKAGE
 THE VALUE FOR THE MEP PERMITS ARE ALSO TO BE ADDED TO
 THE VALUE OF THE MASTER PERMIT. NOTE THE IMPROVEMENT
 VALUE OF THIS PROPERTY IS $69,305.00.
 $69,305 X 0.30 = $ 20,791.50.

 REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
