 NOTE:
 ENGINEER OF RECORD WILL BE CHARGED FOUR TIMES THE PLAN
 REVIEW FEE AS REQUIRED BY FLORIDA STATUTE 553.80(2)(B)
 IF PLANS ARE REJECTED ONE MORE TIME.
  
 1- PLANS WERE REVISED AND NEW CASEMENT WINDOW WAS
 SPECIFIED ON PLANS FOR THE NEW BEDROOM. THE WINDOW NOW
 COMPLIES WITH EGRESS. NOW NEED TO PROVIDE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL (2 COPIES) FOR THE CASEMENT WINDOW AS REQUIRED
 BY FAC 61G20-3.002(3).
  
 2- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 NEW TENANT SEPARATION WALL THAT MATCHES PROPOSED FLOOR
 PLAN. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. 420.2 FBC. 5TH EDITION.
 RESPONSE: (A) THE NEW TENANT SEPARATION WALL ASSEMBLY
 U474 SUBMITTED IS FOR AN EXTERIOR WALL. NEED TENANT
 SEPARATION WALL ASSEMBLY FOR AN INTERIOR APPLICATION AS
 SHOWN ON PLANS. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 (B) THE NEW TENANT SEPARATION WALL DETAIL SUBMITTED
 DOESN'T MATCH FLOOR PLAN. FLOOR PLAN SHOWS TWO WALLS.
 CLARIFY/REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 3- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING
 HOW THE EXTERIOR WALL DOOR OPENING IS GOING TO BE
 CLOSED WITH "DRYWALL" TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC. 1609 FBC.
 RESPONSE: BLOCK-UP DETAIL IS INCOMPLETE. MISSING A LOT
 OF INFORMATION. PROVIDE A COMPLETE WALL ASSEMBLY THAT
 MATCHES FLOOR PLAN. FLOOR PLAN SHOWS TWO WALLS.
 CLARIFY/REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH. CLEARLY SPECIFY
 ALL CONNECTORS. METAL STRAPS IS NOT ENOUGH INFORMATION.
 ALSO, THIS IS AN EXTERIOR WALL. INFORMATION SUBMITTED
 DON'T COMPLY FOR AN EXTERIOR WALL ASSEMBLY. CLEARLY
 PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE INTERIOR SIDE AND
 EXTERIOR SIDE. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 4- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE TEMPERATURE CONTROL FOR THE NEW
 BEDROOM AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 1204 FBC.
 RESPONSE: FLOOR PLAN SHOWS NEW WALL AC. THIS DOESN'T
 SATISFY THE HEATING REQUIREMENT. PLANS CALL ONLY FOR
 AC. ALSO, THERE IS NO DEDICATED OUTLET SHOWN FOR THE
 HEATING UNIT.. NOTE: HEATING IS MANDATORY, COOLING IS
 NOT. THE UNIT MAY BE AN A/C UNIT WITH HEAT.BUT, PLANS
 NEED TO SPECIFY IT AND CORRESPONDENT DEDICATED OUTLET
 IS REQUIRED. PROVIDE MANUFACTURER'S SPECS FOR SELECTED
 A/C WITH HEAT AND REVISE PLANS AS REQUIRED.
  
 ***PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH
 COMMENT TO EXPEDITE THE REVIEW PROCESS.
