 NOTE: ON 10/6/15 TALKED TO ART LANGE (BLDG. INSPECTOR
 WHO RE-TAGGED THE JOB). THERE IS A LOT OF WORK DONE
 WITHOUT PERMITS ON SEVERAL UNITS. PLANS NEED TO SHOW
 ALL THE SCOPE OF WORK ON ALL UNITS.
  
 1- THERE ARE SEVERAL BUILDINGS IN THIS PARCEL. PROVIDE
 A KEY PLAN SHOWING SPECIFIC BUILDING WHERE WORK IS
 TAKEN PLACE. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 RESPONSE:
 AREA OF WORK SHOWN ON DRAWING 1 OF 2 SUBMITTED DOESN'T
 MATCH FLOOR PLAN SHOWN ON DRAWING 2 OF 2. THE FLOOR
 PLAN SHOWN ON DRAWING 2 OF 2 LOOKS LIKE AN END UNIT,
 WHILE AREA OF WORK SHOWN ON DRAWING 1 OF 2 IS SOMEWHERE
 IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BUILDING. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO
 MATCH.
  
 2- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR , MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND ALL DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. . REVISE VALUATION AND PROVIDE COPY OF
 SIGNED CONTRACT THAT SHOWS ALL THE SCOPE OF WORK.

 3- NEW BEDROOM WAS CREATED. SPECIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 EMERGENCY EGRESS REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. 1029 FBC.

 4- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 NEW TENANT SEPARATION WALL THAT MATCHES PROPOSED FLOOR
 PLAN. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. 420.2 FBC. 5TH EDITION.
 NOTE: VERIFY THAT EXISTING TENANT SEPARATION WALL IS
 CONCRETE BLOCK WALL. MOST LIKELY IS NOT.

 EXISTING BEDROOM AND EXISTING LIVING/DINING AREA. SEC.

 BLOCK-UP DETAIL IS INCOMPLETE. MISSING A LOT OF
 INFORMATION. PROVIDE A COMPLETE WALL ASSEMBLY. ALSO,
 LETTERING IS TOO SMALL AND IS NOT LEGIBLE. CLEARLY
 SPECIFY THE TOP AND BOTTOM WOOD STUD CONNECTORS.
  
 7- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE TEMPERATURE CONTROL FOR THE NEW
 BEDROOM AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 1204 FBC.
