 1- THE 2014 FBC TOOK EFFECT ON JUNE 30TH, 2015. PERMIT
 APPLICATION WAS SUBMITTED ON JUNE 30TH, THEREFORE THE
 CODE IN EFFECT IS THE 2014 FBC. ENGINEER TO REVISE
 PLANS AS REQUIRED.
  
 2- THERE ARE SEVERAL BUILDINGS IN THIS PARCEL. PROVIDE
 A KEY PLAN SHOWING SPECIFIC BUILDING WHERE WORK IS
 TAKEN PLACE. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 3- THIS IS AN APARTMENT BUILDING WITH MORE THAN 2
 UNITS. THIS IS NOT OCCUPANCY GROUP R3. SEE SEC. 310.3
 FBC AND REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 4- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR , MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND ALL DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. . REVISE VALUATION AND PROVIDE COPY OF
 SIGNED CONTRACT THAT SHOWS ALL THE SCOPE OF WORK.
  
 5- NEED NOC. SEC. 713 F.S.
  
 6- NEW BEDROOM WAS CREATED. SPECIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 EMERGENCY EGRESS REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. 1029 FBC.
  
 7- WALL TYPES. ACCORDING TO CITY RECORDS, THE EXTERIOR
 WALL OF THIS BUILDING IS NOT WOOD FRAME. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 8- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 NEW TENANT SEPARATION WALL THAT MATCHES PROPOSED FLOOR
 PLAN. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. 420.2 FBC.
  
 9- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AN SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 NEW DRYWALL PARTITION THAT MATCHES PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN
 AT THE PERIMETER OF THE DWELLING UNIT AND BETWEEN
 EXISTING BEDROOM AND EXISTING LIVING/DINING AREA. SEC.
 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 10- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING
 HOW THE EXTERIOR WALL DOOR OPENING IS GOING TO BE
 CLOSED WITH "DRYWALL" TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC. 1609 FBC.
  
 11- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE TEMPERATURE CONTROL FOR THE NEW
 BEDROOM AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 1204 FBC.

 COMMENT TO EXPEDITE THE REVIEW PROCESS.
