 1) COMMENT #1 FROM THE 1ST REVIEW WAS NOT ADDRESSED. I
 AM REPRINTING IT HERE FOR REVIEW AND COMPLIANCE: (THE
 SUBMITTED SOIL TESTING AND ENGINEERING REPORT FROM
 ALTERRA IS INCOMPLETE (SUBJECT: DEMUCKING
 INTERVENTION). REFER TO PARAGRAPH 2 OF THE COVER LETTER
 AND SUBMIT COPIES OF THE FEBRUARY/2015 GEOTECHNICAL
 REPORT WHICH, ACCORDING TO THE LETTER, PROVIDES
 "RECOMMENDATIONS FOR BEARING-GRADE PREPARATION" OF THE
 SOIL. THE COMPLETE REPORT SHALL INCLUDE AMONG OTHER
 THINGS, A DIMENSIONED DRAWING OF THE AREA(S) OF THE LOT
 THAT WERE DEMUCKED (WAS THE POOL INCLUDED?), THE CLEAN
 SAND FILL AND COMPACTION PROCEDURE, AND ESTABLISH THE
 LOAD BEARING VALUE OF THE SOIL- REFER TO SECTIONS
 R401.4 AND R506 FBC-10 RESIDENTIAL).
 2) WHEN RE-SUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE REMOVE THE DEFICIENT
 PLANS AND INSERT THE CORRECTED PLANS INTO THE PLAN
 SETS. THE END RESULT SHOULD BE TWO COMPLETE SETS OF
 PLANS- CURRENTLY THERE ARE 8 PARTIAL SETS IN THE FILE.
 3) THERE ARE THREE DIFFERENT FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION
 HEIGHTS SHOWN IN THE PLANS- SEE SHEETS SP-1, S-0, & S-1
 AND CORRECT
 4) SHEET S-2.1: THE REVISED PLANS INDICATE 42" DEEP
 LINTELS AND 8"X12" TIE BEAMS ABOVE THE GARAGE DOOR
 OPENINGS WITH A FINISHED WALL HEIGHT OF 10'0". THIS
 WOULD LEAVE THE GARAGE DOOR HEADER HEIGHTS AT 66" ABOVE
 FINISHED FLOOR FOR AN 8' HIGH DOOR. ADDITIONALLY, THE
 ELEVATION DRAWING INDICATES ARCHED OPENINGS AT THESE
 LOCATIONS. PLEASE CORRECT.
 5) S-3.4: AS PREVIOUSLY REQUESTED PROVIDE A DETAIL FOR
 L-28.
 6) A-4: AS PREVIOUSLY REQUESTED IN THE 1ST REVIEW,
 REFER TO SECTION R703.6.3: WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIERS.
 WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIERS SHALL BE INSTALLED AS REQUIRED
 IN SECTION R703.2 AND, WHERE APPLIED OVER WOOD-BASED
 SHEATHING, SHALL INCLUDE A WATER-RESISTIVE
 VAPOR-PERMEABLE BARRIER WITH A PERFORMANCE AT LEAST
 EQUIVALENT TO TWO LAYERS OF GRADE D PAPER. THE
 INDIVIDUAL LAYERS SHALL BE INSTALLED INDEPENDENTLY SUCH
 THAT EACH LAYER PROVIDES A SEPARATE CONTINUOUS PLANE
 AND ANY FLASHING INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
 R703.8) INTENDED TO DRAIN TO THE WATER-RESISTIVE
 BARRIER IS DIRECTED BETWEEN THE LAYERS. THE PLAN IS
 INDICATING ONLY ONE LAYER OF GRADE D PAPER.
 7) COMMENT #21 FROM THE 1ST REVIEW WAS NOT ADDRESSED.
 A-4: PROVIDE ROUGH FRAMING AND EXTERIOR FINISH DETAILS
 FOR THE COVERED ENTRY AND OUTDOOR KITCHEN CEILINGS).
 8) COMMENT #23 FROM THE 1ST REVIEW NOT ADDRESS: E-1:
 CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS SHALL BE INSTALLED WITHIN 10'
 OF EACH BEDROOM- SECTION R315.1.
